Basic Comfort Handy's Plus Pad in Twin Size

this item was terrible it shribled up so much.Never buy again it doesnt fit bed anymore.

We've been really happy with this product. We actually have it on top of a fitted sheet, and then put another fitted sheet on top (then flat sheet, comforter, etc.). That way it doesn't get all bunched up being on top, and if there is an accident at night we just pull off the top layers of the bed and there is still a dry fitted sheet underneath. It has also washed better than other waterproof pads we've purchased in the past.

We bought two of the Basic Comfort Handy's Plus Pads for our 3 yr old daughter who has occasional accidents during nap and bed time. It works like a dream! Whenever she has an accident, the pad soaks everything up and holds it in the pad effectively. So, in the middle of the night, all I have to do is take off the wet pad and replace it with a clean one instead of changing and washing sheets, blankets etc. I love this product and would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a child working toward the goal of being dry all night!

These pads are very useful. I read the reviews and bought two, as they are not as big as they look in the picture and my son moves around a lot in his sleep. Having two on his bed has saved us a lot of trouble in the transition from pull-ups at night to underwear. They keep their shape when washed and are soft to sleep on, he does not even notice them there!

This product is great if you have a child that still wets at night. The overnight diapers don't always contain everything and I would be washing sheets and mattress pads several times per week. With this cover (I purchased 2) we just change the waterproof pad and then I wash both when both are soiled. It cuts way down on the laundry!

One suggestion, the picture for the twin size pad is likely of the pad on a crib mattress. Pay attention to the measurements that are provided. It is not that large on a regular twin size mattress. I actually purchased 2 of the full size, which in my opinion was the perfect size for my son's twin size mattress, and only a few $ more.

Its great because of a few reasons
1) the right/left side you could tuck under(vary important)
2) its washable
3) its comfortable
4) water does not go through
But one miner suggestion i would have it should be a little longer

This pad works very well, and the quality overall is good, but after several trips through the clothes dryer, the plastic backing did start to wear. I purchased another and am hanging it to dry instead of using the dryer.

The Handy's Plus Pad is wonderful!! I have a toddler who is a heavy wetter and this has saved my sanity many a night. I had the same thing for her crib (with the snaps around the bars) which was also a life saver. If she wakes up wet in the middle of the night, I just clean her up, take this off the bed and put her back to sleep. I only have one, and I could see that two would be nice, but for the price, I don't really need two. I usually hang mine up to dry but it seems to do just fine in the dryer. The wings are long enough to tuck in, but not so long that you're tucking forever. It really stays in place nicely and my daughter seems very comfortable on it. I would buy this again.... and probably will with baby #2 on the way!!!

With 2 daughters who are working on staying dry at night, these pads have been a life saver! I bought 3, so I would always have an extra. They are well made and the plastic lining is thick and holds up to repeated washings. No more ripping the whole bed apart in the middle of the night and washing and washing and washing sheets and mattress protectors. Definitely worth the price.

This offers good bed protection - it catches and absorbs major leaks so they do not go through to the bed linens. My child's bed is a platform bed so it is a little harder to keep in tucked underneath so it is nice and tight - if you have a mattress and box spring, it would not be a problem at all.

Love this product. It has saved so much time now that we can just change the pad rather than all of the sheets. We put two pads on at a time so it can cover more of the bed it has been a life saver.

I have bought disposable bed pads in the past and they did not stay in place. Since this is anchored under the mattress this does not move and is very absorbent. It also is actually more economical and environmentally friendly than the disposable alternatives. I highly recommend this product.

Great Product ... Highly Recommend! No more changing crib and toddler bed sheets in the middle of the night!

I am night potty training my son. I bought two of these for his twin bed: one to use, and an extra one for middle of the night switch-outs. It fits on the twin mattress very nicely and stays in place all night. My son is a wild sleeper but, no worries with this product! It fits all the way around the mattress. We have had a couple of accidents on it and the pad does a really good job of absorbing all of the liquid. It makes my job a lot easier. I highly recommend this product for potty training moms!

When I openened the package, I was really surprised at how soft these are. I had tossed out my previous attempt at waterproofing the twins' beds, because the sheets were so stiff, clammy, and noisy. These are buttery soft, lay beautifully on the bed, and absorb A LOT. They're easy to take on and off - just tuck in. They do take a while to dry, but if you want them to absorb well, that's the necessary trade-off.

I bought 2 of these babies for my toddler. They are great! I would buy this product again.

This pad works wonderfully as long as my child is positioned properly. The flaps hold it in place well, but my child sometimes squirms off the pad. So another 10-12 inches wider would be even better.
