After three years of great service, my Motorolla H710 finally broke. I found a replacement H710 at Amazon and was really suprised to find how much money I could and did save. the product arrived when promised and works great. I will use Amazon and Pushcart Deals again.

[+] 2.0 does not stay on ear
I bought this headset for my wife. She can't use this unit because it constantly falls off of her ear(no bud for ear.)I use it as a backup in the car when my jawbone battery is drained. The sound quality is choppy. The only good point is it syncs very quickly with my cell phone and the flip mic feature is convenient. I would recommend Jawbone, Plantronics, or Jabra well before this unit.

[+] 10.0 Bluetooth H710
I have two of these in my family and they are great. Other bluetooths now have pieces that stick in your eye and it's very uncomfortable. This one doesn't. Wears great!

[+] 10.0 Bluetooth Headset
Call quality, good reviews from others, and price were the main factors in my choice and the H710 delivers well on all fronts. Noise cancelling technology is great. I'm new to bluetooth technology and the worst part of using this appears to be having to go into the bluetooth menu before I want to use it and connecting the phone and bluetooth (even though they're already paired). I wish that part was automatic so each time you had a call you could just open the headset and push the button to receive the call. I suspect my problems are more operator error than equipment related, though. I highly recommend this headset for the quality of its calls, length of charge/calltime per charge, and setup (pairing) ease with my Motorola phone. I'd definitely pick this one all over again.

[+] 8.0 Excellent Addition to our Safety Regime
I recently purchased two types of bluetooth devices for people in our department as safety is paramount in my company. Everyone who received the Motorola H710 has been pleased with no complaints. Those who received the other headsets have had a variety of complaints including having to recharge every night, dropped calls, etc. The Motorla has been comfortable, reliable and easy to pair with a variety of devices. I would suggest this to anyone who is considering a bluetooth device. I have owned one for over 1 1/2 years and had no issues--I love it.

[+] 10.0 I love this headset
This headset works SO much better than the H700 model; I had both and the slight bump in number hides how much better this headset really is. The volume is louder, the audio is crisper, the audible cues are very helpful, and the battery lasts quite a long time. I use this with an iPhone 3GS and I definitely recommend it.

[+] 10.0 Best bluetooth I've had!
I've had several bluetooth hadsets, several brands including other Motorola, but the H710 is the best I've used. The sound is loud and clear, it is super easy to use and it doesn't cause the phone to call by itself. Best of all, it is so comfortable I forget I'm wearing it! I'm thinking I may give one as a gift, I like it that much.

[+] 10.0 Stature i9
Works great with my new Stature i9 (Nextel). Sound quality and volume is very good, no need to even use it on high.People I talk to have said they can't even tell I am using a headset.
A plus is that it also works to listen to my mp3's from phone memory card, something my previous model didn't support.

[+] 2.0 AWFUL!
I had so much trouble with this Bluetooth. It would constantly cut off in the middle of a conversation after being charged overnight. I returned it and the new one did the same thing.

[+] 10.0 Great product
Very happy with this headset. Everyone in my office uses it too. Once in a while I answer the phone, but it seems to be muted & I need to close the boom & re-open. it may be my error, just haven't investigated what may be happening.

[+] 8.0 Works great, with some gripes
After my great Plantronic headset met its demise in my pocket when I somehow managed to crush it to death, I decided to go for this Motorola H710.

My husband has gone through a bajillion headsets but so far hasn't killed his sturdy H700. When I went to purchase one for myself, I decided to go with the H710 because it was more readily available where I was shopping.

The first headset I got gave me trouble -- every time I flipped it open, it would turn itself on and then off again. I had to physically hold the boom mic open to keep it turned on. I exchanged it for another one, and this one had a terrible speaker that sounded like a cross between underwater whale songs and Charlie Brown's teacher. So I exchanged that one too.

Luckily the third one has been working fantastic for several months now, but I was a bit surprised to run into 2 defective units in a row... I use it fairly heavily, opening and closing it constantly throughout the day, dropping it in my purse or pocket, wearing it for hours on end, etc. So far so good.

It syncs great with my phone (a Motorola W490) and my Macbook Pro, although it's not the best headset for Skype. The range is decent but not great (like most Bluetooth accessories); I have to carry my phone with me when I go from one side of the house to another, and the bathroom wall seems to give a lot of interference because of density from the pipes, I suppose.

It does sometimes pick up interference when my central AC is on and the microwave can make it pretty static'y when I'm nearby of course, but that could be the phone.

The buttons work great, probably helped by the fact that my phone is also a Motorola. I can active voice-dialing, mute and unmute, answer and hang up pretty intuitively. It also syncs fairly quickly when flipping it open, usually in time to answer calls before they go to voicemail (depending on how quick I am.)

The battery life could be a little bit better, especially if you leave it open like I tend to do. It has a good bit of talktime and charges pretty quickly, and I love the multicolored LED indicator that is also pretty intuitive in telling you what your headset is up to.

The earpiece is very comfortable; I don't often switch from one ear to another but it can be done quickly once you've figured out how to remove and rotate the ear hook once or twice. Even though I have 'round & plump' cheeks, I haven't had any complaints of the mic sounding muffled. It is pretty decent at masking noise in the car; most of my callers can tell when I'm driving but it's not crazy loud. It is pretty terrible when windy, but none of my husband's varied headsets has been any better with wind noise cancellation.

My only complaint is the micro-USB charger. My cell phone uses a mini-USB charger and so does my husband's, and his H700 also takes the same mini-USB charger. I was thinking the H710 would be the same. I was looking forward to all of our cell phones & headsets operating off of one charger if need be, whether on a trip or in the car, which helps tremendously cut back on the amount of junk you have to pack or dig through in the glovebox. Instead, I have to use separate chargers and check to see which plug I've grabbed. I also will need to go get a separate car charger for my headset when I take a road trip later this week, which makes me sad :(

Other than the drawbacks about the micro-USB charger and my (hopefully extraordinary) run of bad luck with 2/3 units, I am pretty happy. If I had it to do all over again, I'd go with an H700 just for the charger but I do recommend the H710!

[+] 10.0 Glad I bought this
Fits comfortably over each ear. I can talk normally and the person receiving my call says clarity is good.

[+] 10.0 Great Product
This is by far the best Bluetooth I have ever had. Most bluetooths sound a little muffled, but the voice clarity on this one is good. I would recommend this to anyone, my last one I wouldn't have recommended it to my worst enemy. People begged me to get off my bluetooth and hold the phone, but with the H710 nobody knows your on it unless you tell them, that's how clear it is.

[+] 10.0 H710 better than H700
I liked my H700, but had proplems with it connecting/disconnecting. The H710 has worked "flawlessly". Looks the same, but the improvement is signifigant. Not happy that it uses a "special charger", I don't understand their rational. It would be perfect if it used a "standard USB connector".

[+] 6.0 Just OK
I had to return the first one sent by Accessory One. I returned it immediately, as it would not take a charge, but did not receive a new one until...total turn around time...1 month later.

I'm not very impressed with this Bluetooth unit. Had to go online for an operation manual. Although the earpiece does work, the light sequence, according to manual, does not work properly.

I am not a very active user of the bluetooth; I just need to have it for long phone conversations. I guess I will have to wait to see how long the battery actually lasts.

[+] 8.0 H710 Bluetooth earpiece
Wish I had bought the H700. Had one, lost it. Bought the H710 because I thought it was the same with minor technical upgrade. No discernable difference when using.
With it had the same mini USB charging connection that the H700 has, so I could use my existing car charger, which also matches my BlackBerry.

[+] 8.0 Good clarity 98% of the time
Good clarity, After a few hours of wearing it is slightly unfomfortable. I would recommend it. I use it for business 2-4 hours per day and my customers do not have any problem with my clarity

[+] 10.0 Best Headset - So Far
Giving a bluetooth headset 5 stars can be a problem, but at this time, this is the best headset I've owned. The sound is excellent at both ends, although a little strong on the lower tones. It's very much like my old Cardo Scala 700 which sounded great until both my wife's and mine fell apart within a month of each other without ever being dropped. This headset also works great with voice activation and my Blackberry Curve. I tried the plantronics 925 first (two of them), but they were horrible with voice-activation and my phone.

So two weeks into owning it, no negatives and only positives.
