Brother TN350 Black Toner Cartridge

I always buy only the manufacturer's toner to make sure it's high quality, and I always keep a couple in stock. The last one streaked. I called Brother and went through the company's troubleshooting process by phone, and the service tech concluded that there was indeed a problem with the cartridge, but because I had purchased it 3 months ago, they would not replace it. I offered to send them the cartridge so they could make sure it was a brand new toner cartridge. The tech said no. If we all do business only with those companies that use fairness and common sense; we will create a better world.

Needed a toner cartridge - nobody cheaper than Amazon for the Manufacturer product. No sales tax, no shipping, quick delivery - no brainer!

Excellent price compared to local availability. They also provide shipping label for free return of used toner cartridges.

I received both cartridges in excellent condition within 9 days of order. Everything about the order was fine.

This is a more expensive way of buying toner initially. But as someone whose bought off brand cartridges in past; I wouldn't go back to using them. It's tempting to save the money up front but you lose that savings when the cartridge craps out well short of its projected output. My experience with Brother toner has been very good. And lastly they give you a prepaid Fedex return sticker that allows you to return your empty cartridge for recycling. That sticker allows you to return several Brother toner cartridges by taping the boxes together with the one box with a sticker on it. A nice touch.

This was the third time I replaced the toner cartridge on my Brother DCP-7020 All-in-One. For the second replacement I used an off brand to save a few bucks; not a good idea. I had nothing but trouble with it. This time I went back to the brand name replacement and I have been rewarded with a printer that does what I want it to do.

The Brother toner cartridge is an item that is exclusive to the Brother Printer, Copier, Scanner. Your price was 50% less than other office supply companys that I looked into.

The donor roll (the rubber roll you see with the toner on it) had a ding in it which resulted in a large dot every inch or so all the way down every page printed.

I poured the toner out of the new cartridge and into the old one.

New or refurbished, I was ripped off.

Would recommend this product. Anyone not using laser printer and cartridges should consider how cost effective they are compared to the other ink hogs.

We were a little uneasy about purchasing on internet and amazed at the amount of monies saved by doing so. We were very pleased with Amazon and their service as well as product quality.

This was the best price we could find for a Brother OEM toner cartridge, ordered and received it shortly after.

I have read that some folks did not get the OEM (Brother Tn350....the Real McCoy) . I DID. Brother TN 350 in the Brother Box , sealed...new. There is a FREE Fed x shipping label to ship your old, used toner. If you buy from Amazon (sold and shipped from Amazon) and ever have an issue, Amazon will take care of it. I have always found Amazon to be more than fair. If you buy from a seller who mis-states or misrepresents a product I believe Amazon will stand behind you, the purchaser. The TN 350 toner was easy to install. Do use a large sheet of paper as toner is bound to get on things. And, I did do the "tape the hole/plastic viewer for more life and it works. Helps the budget.

The HL-5250DN is a fine printer, but if you purchase it, don't purchase a TN350 cartridge as I did, relying on the Amazon representation that it will work. You'll find that the TN350 will not mate with the drum unit TN550 cartridge combo that comes in the printer. Maybe you can spring for a different drum unit (think another $80) and get that combo to work; I don't know. But the TN350 cartridge categorically won't work in a new HL-5250DN, unless you want to try your hand with a hacksaw. And the TN350 isn't heavy enough to make a good door stop.

To be fair, Amazon isn't alone in representing that the TN350 will work. The Brother user manual specifies the TN550 or TN580 (high capacity).

Works first time

This was much cheaper in price than the stores. I thought it would be a generic product.
I was shipped the Brother OEM.

Product is necessary for my printer. Used original printer cartridge for 19 months. I was using cartridge for about three months after my Brother MFC-7420 told me toner was low. Copies printed were still readable and good quality. Even after, I received the message that toner was completely empty, I felt I could have still used the current toner cartridge. Unfortunately, the Brother MFC-7420 will no longer print copies at this stage.

Office Depot charges almost $20 more for this same toner. I have used this toner for almost 2 years before replacing it and I print ALOT!

This is the first and only laser printer I have ever dealt with, so I can't compare this toner cartridge to others as far as quality and ease of use goes. The toner was easy to install and it works perfectly. I can, however, comment on Amazon's service in selling and delivering this product. Some reviews I read on Amazon stated that what they received was an imitation Brother cartridge and not the pictured name brand product. When I received my order, I was happy to see that I did in fact receive Brother toner in the pictured box. I had recently been to a certain office supply chain and saw that this particular item was selling for over 50% more than Amazon's price. Of course prices will vary, but I will be using Amazon for all of my future toner needs.

The product is an excellant product and was just as advertised. The price was the very best I could find anywhere.

I decided to spend a little extra money to buy a manufactured Brother Tn-350 Toner and wish that I won't get a refurbished product or a defective one. I received the item on time. I didn't, however, opened it when I received it. I was trying to use up my old toner. Two weeks later, I opened the toner I purchased and found the toner is faulty...making strange noise and printing unwanted stripes...

I sent email to the seller--Databazaar and haven't got any reply yet. I can only return the toner to Databazaar without notifying them since the return policy said a return must be made 30 days within invoice date.

Now, school just starts and I can't print anything since my old toner is used up and my new toner is on its way back to the seller. And the worst part is that nobody seems care about it. I'm worried that I may end up spending $45.19 and getting nothing....

This is the second toner cartridge I have bought from Amazon and both were delivered on time and with no damage. If you need this type of item, get it from Amazon. They are hard to find in the big box stores and the free shipping makes the purchase easy (no traffic, no annoying clerks, saves driving around trying to find the item too). By the way, I bought the printer originally from Amazon also.

I purchased this for my Brother printer. My last one lasted about 5-800 pages longer than rated using Toner Save mode. It includes a FedEx return label for proper disposal.

This is the cheapest place I have found for orginal equuipment toner. I even priced refurbed toner cartiages they were 10 bucks higher.

OH...it was also HALF the price it would have been had I went to a store and bought it, and they get delivered right to my door.

I decided to spend a little extra money to buy directly from Amazon -- not from one of the stores that sells through Amazon -- to make sure that I was actually buying a REAL Brother toner cartridge. Sadly, Amazon sent me a knockoff refurbished cartridge that didn't even make it to 2000 copies. Don't let Amazon's picture of the Brother TN-350 box fool you, they may send you a knockoff.

I bought this product as a spare. I am sure it will give excellent performance.

Last year I bought a "Non Original Equipment" Cartridge NT-C0350 from Amazon shipped from "The Printer Ink Warehouse" Vicksburg MI. It has been a good product.
I elected to buy the original equipment this time, it was actually a few dollars cheaper.
I have had excellent service and products from Amazon. Most of the time the products arrive earlier than their schedule. I do not recall a product arriving late.

I've had good luck with the authentic Brother cartridges. And if you buy them when they're on sale, there's not much difference in price between them and the generics.

Amazingly fast delivery - received next day. Works like a dream! And do try the tape over the holes if you only got about 2500 copies because I got 3503 copies on the one this replaced. Gotta' love it.

Using a search for the recommended toner for my MFC 7820N Brother Printer; this TN350 replacement toner is what came up. I don't know if there is a different high capacity toner which would enable me to get more printing or else if a generic toner, at a cheaper price, would work flawlessly as well. But since this is the recommended OEM toner, it gives me assurance that it would be trouble free and is good quality. ....I hope.

I have been very happy with my Brother printer. After several thousand print pages I replaced my toner cartridge and now I'm back in business looking forward to thousands more prints.

When I bought the Brother TN350 Black Toner Cartridge, I was under the impression that I was getting a new cartidge (probably due to the picture), but received a refurbished cartridge. Other than that, the price and delivery were good.

I purchased Brother toner. I got a refurbished product, with toner powder leaking out of the packaging. On the positive side, I decided to take a chance with it, and so far it is working.

It's toner and it worked. What more could you ask for from toner? fast shipping and reasonable pricing. Thanks.

Got the cartridge in time. It lasted for 2 months. The normal Brother cartridge from Office Depot lasts for about 4 months. Consider it is only about 1/4 the price of normal product, it is still a good deal.

Pages printed out ok. There is a little dark spot on one corner of the page, but it is usable.

I was very pleased with the product. It was new, sealed and in the original box. This gives me a sense of ease knowing I am not using a refurbished cartridge...which I just don't completely trust.
The shipment was on time and no surprises. I would definitely use this source again for my copier needs.

When my 'toner' light when on on my printer even before my prints started to look faded, I was suspicious that there was still more usable life and toner in the cartridge. After doing an internet, search, I discovered that if you put masking or electrical tape over the hole on the side of the toner cartridge, you can get 1000 more prints out of it!

There is a passthrough hole where the printer shines a light through the cartridge. Cover that up, and the printer still thinks there is plenty of toner and will continue to work. When your prints start coming out faded, you can then replace the toner cartridge. Much more environmentally friend and cost effective than to replace it when the print thinks you should, even if it's not empty.

Just like the ones I'd buy in the store for more money. Works great! Thank you!
