Toner for my all in one
I have ordered this toner before
and I love it. I am back again
for another and getting ready to
order multiples this time.
I will only use a brother laser printer for my everyday stuff. It is the one that Consumers rates as one of if not the cheapest way to print. I have had similar models of this printer and none of them have let me down or caused me any problem. I truly love this printer!

Brother TN360 Toner
The review seems more for the printer than the toner. The toner works great, just wish it lasted longer. I can't print on the least use amount settings to make it last longer. I have to make copies that have good quality viewing.

Great service & performance
Great service from the Amazon. The installation is a snap.
Decided that 3rd party cartridge - wasn't worth the risk to save $20.

How to EXTEND your toner life!!!!
I spent so much $$$ on buying these toner cartridges but I just found a neat trick to extending your toner life. The printer is great but the toner light comes on way too early.
You can fix the problem by covering up the "sensor" on the toner cartridge with some white paper labels. There are lots of "how to" videos on youtube that you can find or you can go to [...] (that's the best one I found).
Please rate this review so it stays at the top and more people can see it.

THIS IS GENERIC PRODUCT- NOT WHAT IT SHOWS IN THIS PICTURE
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND PAPER. IT PRINTED OK FOR THE FIRST 100 PAGES THEN VERY POOR QUALITY AFTER THAT.IT CREATES A LOT OF BLACK SPOTS AND LINES REGARDLESS HOW MUCH YOU CLEAN IT AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTION. NO STAR QUALITY AT ALL.I ORDERED ANOTHER ONE RIGHT AWAY SO I WILL NOT RUN OUT OF REPLACEMENT. ANOTHER BIG WASTE.I STILL HAVE IT WITH ME INTACT, HAVEN'T GOT AROUND TO RETURN IT, DON'T KNOW IF IT STILL WORTH RETURNING.WILL CONTACT AMAZON.

Exactly what I wanted!
I love this printer... and with a high yield cartridge it will be over a year 'till I need more toner. Did I mention the printer paid for itself in the first few months in Inkjet ink cartridge savings? And the quality is incredible. I'm never going back.
The price for this Brother print cartridge was unbelievable! The shipping was right on time. Thanks.

Real deal quality.
Go for OEM stuff, do not go for knock-offs when it comes to toner. If you do, you've been warned.
ONE SMALL PIECE OF ADVICE - FOR ANY NEW BROTHER LASER PRINTER, USE BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE TO COVER THE HOLE ON THE TONER. YOU WILL GET ***THOUSANDS*** MORE PAGES WITH NO LOSS OF QUALITY.
What can I say. It works. It is expensive for not too many prints.
Oh, don't buy the freaking "high yield drum". I think it is intentionally misleading to label a drum as being "high yield" with a page count to confuse you so that you buy it instead of the toner cartridge.
Who in the right mind would buy a drum when the printer itself costs 50 bucks.
Anyway, Brothers is nice printer but the company hires crook salesmen.

Buy in bulk, save money!
For the price, purchasing the high-yield cartridges is definitely a good idea. As others have mentioned, it is important to use the "black tape over the clear window" method to ensure the printer doesn't prematurely decide to declare the cartridge as empty. Print quality is superb, and I have yet to experience any issues.

Great deal for a good deal of toner
Why do they even bother to make the low-yield cartridge? This product works great with my Brother MFC-7345N. Happy printing.
Problem is this is a not really a high yield product. That being said, this is a great price. It's less expensive than the standard capacity at Best Buy. I heard Best Buy will be carrying the HY one, and it will about $69/cartridge.
Bottom line, this is a good deal if you have the printer that takes these.

Toner cartridge is fine
I got more out of this cartridge than from the TN330 but it still doesn't last as long as I'd like, but we do use the printer a lot as we are a print-heavy household. I paid a fair price for a real Brother cartridge, which makes it a good value.

Keeps going and going
I've printed nearly 3000 pages with this toner already, and my printer claims it's only half gone. I couldn't be happier with how well it works as well as the price. I usually don't buy OEM cartridges, but this one is a reasonable price, and I got the printer at such a steal of a deal(and it's a wonderful printer) that I feel good about buying the OEM cartridge.
I haven't tried the tape over the end trick like others have suggested, but I will once the toner says it's gone. I wish I would've known about that trick when my printer was on its starter cartridge.
This toner cartridge is the genuine article, not some lookalike "compatible" one. It is also more than $25.00 cheaper than the same item available online from office supply retailers AND qualifies for free shipping on Amazon. Unbeatable!
UPS lied because I was here the day they say it was delivered. I replied twice on the tracking program that I have NOT received this package of toner. Very disappointed. This is the first time I have not received what I have ordered from Amazon.

Brother Toner TN360
Can print many pages if it only plain simple texts, as it says - 2600 pages. If you want darker print with pictures, graphs, solid blocks of black or grey color then this cartidge will give you close to 1600-1800 pages depending on the situation.

Works great and better price than anywhere
This works perfect in my printer. No issues what so ever and just a little over half the price of any local store. Shipping was fast.
I Purchased this cartridge for my schools printer. It worked perfectly and it has lasted far beyond the one they gave us from the factory. This has a large capacity so that you can print a lot of papers. Great decision, great buy.

Got the OEM version ...
Was happy to get the OEM Brother cartridge after seeing that some people got the generic.
Also, the tape trick indicated in another review is a great tip. I think I have printed 300 pages + since the cartridge 'ran out' ... and it's still going.

Good cartridge for a good price!
I searched for a good price of this cartridge on several web-sites. My conclusion was, that here you can buy it cheaper than everywhere. We have been using it at home for a long time.
Great price, darkness of my printing improved immediately. Hopefully it will last longer than the standard toner I purchased last time.

Good unit - slow shipping
I've noticed that shipping from Amazon has gotten a lot slower - the OEM unit was great as always - but response time is twice as long as a year ago.
There could be better deals out there, but I haven't found one. I plan to stick with this one.
I can't give a meaningful review for this product because it will not be installed for several months -- after the current one runs out.

Authentic Brother cartridge at a good price.
I just used up the starter cartridge that came with my Brother MFC-7840W and put one of these high yield cartridges in. I still don't know what the yield will be but its a real Brother cartridge and it costs less than getting it in a retail store. It shipped quickly, too.
I just reached the end of our first TN360 cartridge. We got 2800 sheets using the "toner saver" setting.
I ordered a toner for my Brother printer, but it wasn't a Brother Toner I got, it was a toner that was supposed to be the same as a Brother. My toner ran out when I was printing some important documents and I opened the toner that I had ordered in February. When I opened the inside black envelope to remove the cartridge, black powder went everywhere. I took it out of the package and tried to clean it up as best I could and inserted it in my printer. It wouldn't work. I took it out time and time again and tried to refit it after multiple times cleaning my printer on the inside from all the black powder. I finally gave up, removed the cartridge and drove to a local Office Max and purchased a Brother TN360 High Yield Black Toner Cartridge. I had to clean the drum (which you're not really supposed to do), so at first my printer printed unevenly, but finally it began to print normally again. I contacted the supplier and they refunded my money, thankfully. For the small amount of savings it would have been if it had worked, it certainly wasn't worth all the trouble it caused.
It's whole wheat Rigatoni that's pretty good, but the texture is off a bit from your regular flour pasta, but miles above anyother whole wheat rigatoni. Texture improves the longer it soaks in a sauce.

Does the job I need for my heavy home printing use
At a reasonable price, this high-yield toner cartridge slips in nicely and makes enough copies to keep this paper-based home office content. As a writer, I need to do a lot of printing - I print out research, drafts, manuscripts, press releases, emails and documents all day long. I need a dependable cartridge and buy this one every time.
A good hint, if you do a tremendous amount of print jobs at home, is to re-set your default printer instructions for the lowest-quality and "toner-saving" settings. The pages come out lovely for my own use (not too light at all), and the cartridge lasts longer.
It's worth it for the price to get the high-yield cartridge, BTW. You are really paying much more for the plastic housing than any actual ink.
Plus, as each one of these large toner containers has a large carbon footprint as it's produced, and creates toxic waste in landfills when empty, getting as much use out of one single, efficient product is better for the environment than any of the lower-yield versions.

Not so "High Yield"
While other "High Yield" toners by Brother such as TN570 and TN580 print more than 6,000 pages, TN360's capacity is only 2,600 pages. Each page will cost you 2 cents while TN570 and TN 580 less than 1 cent, excluding paper and depreciation of the printer. In addition, the users of TN570 and TN580 have the choices between genuine and recycled toners.
While HL-2140 and HL-2170w (printers using TN360) are cheap, the total running cost is not as low as they appear. If you print a large number of pages, I would recommend other models

Deleriously Happy
OK, I'm one of those work-at-home self-employed over 55 guys who can't get a job anywhere because we want too much money and won't put up with the everyday crap that most corp headtrippers demand. So I consult.
Along the way I needed a laser printer. I know it's a subtle difference at first blush between a laser-printed and inkjet'ed document, but there really IS a difference. So, a proper SOHO setup needs a laser print.
Point #2: This one has the wireless networking built in. Aha! Three minutes of setup each and all four of my computers can spit out high class documents. Spiffy.
Point #3: I read the other Amazon reviews and it looked like the Brother was as good (or better) than others. Thinking Amazon readers/buyers are damn smart folks, I bought one.
I told a colleague about my decision (a client actually). His (brand programmed) reaction was "You bought a Brother? Why not a 'bigger name' (two letter initials deleted out of respect). I said "Read the reviews, do the cost per print calcs and tell me why I'm wrong..."
Haven't heard back from him on this point. I think he brought the two-letter brand for about the same price. But without wireless. Me? I hate wires/mess/not being able to hit everything with 802.11.
When it comes to techie toys, there's fools and then there's damn fools. I've had the printer in for a couple of months - and turns out "I ain't no damn fool" and neither are the other positive reviews. Buy it.
