Brussel's Money Tree Bonsai

I ordered this for my boyfriend as a gift and it arrived half dead and on its way to completing the process.

I purchased this as a gift with another bonsai. The other arrived in perfect condition, this did not. It was packaged improperly and over half of the branches arrived broken. I will be contacting the seller for a replacement or refund.

I bought the money tree bonsai for my husband's ninetieth birthday and twoBrussel's Money Tree Indoor Bonsai days after it arrived the leaves turned yellow and started to fall off. It will be dead within the week. Not the message I intended to give to my dear sweet husband!

I ordered this as a gift, and it arrived completely broken. Every branch was completely broken and there was not one live leaf on the tree. Also, the dirt had almost completely spilled out of the pot. I was very disappointed with this product.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL TREE HOWEVER, YOUR INSTRUCTION ON NOT RE-PLANTING TO QUICKLY WAS A BAD IDEA BECAUSE MY ROOTS WERE WRAPPED AROUND A WIRE THAT WAS TIGHT THAT I HAD TO FIGHT TO GET IT LOOSE AND LOOSE A FEW LEAVES BUT I AM GLAD IT MOVED IT.

True I did receive my order sooner than I expected but the plant was withered and almost dead when I received it. Also, the tree I ordered was not the tree I received. I will not order from this company again and will advise the same to all the people I know that shop on Amazon.com

Brussel's Money Tree Indoor Bonsai

Very happy with the product and excellent customer service. I sent this tree to a friend of mine just after the new year. Unfortunately, it was subzero here in Missouri at that time and the (first) tree did not survive the harsh conditions while in transit. I sent the nursery an e-mail asking that a replacement tree be sent. Lou (the owner) was very responsive and immediately sent another tree!!! Wonderful, my friend loves it!!! Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this company!

Ordered as a gift for family in Chicago.It will not be bringing any good fortune as I'm told the plant arrived frozen and nearly dead. Returned. Now waiting for refund. Waste of time and money.

This is the first time I have ordered a plant online. The packing was very well done, the delivery timely and the plant was very healthy and put out new leaves within the first couple of days out of the box.

Quick shipping and the tree was in great shape when we got it. Have bought 3 of them for my wife. Makes a good present for birthday, Christmas, etc.

The health of the plant is fine. What concerns me is that I sent this as a gift and it came with absolutely no description whatsoever. The recipient got a tree in a box and that's it. I had to describe the whole "good fortune" thing. This product should really come with a card to let people know why they're receiving a small tree.

I have had this plant for several months and was sorry to see that it is no longer offered through Brussel's at Amazon. I have sent several friends to Amazon to order the plant as they love it when they see mine. It arrived healthy and has remained healthy over the months. I originally ordered this plant because I had received two from Red Envelope which arrived quite sickly. I had ordered them as gifts and had to return them to R.E. I was quite pleased when this one arrived from Brussel's. I ordered a lucky bamboo from Amazon/Brussel's and it also arrived healthy and is thriving several months later. I highly recommend this company.

The bonsai money tree came in good health and has flourished, but I've been yelled at by everyone in my office for spending $30 for something I could have gotten for $12 at the local market. I liked not having to go shop for it, but I'm realizing I definitely made a mistake spending so much on it. What a dummy I am!

I bought a single Brussel's Money Tree a few months back and it arrived in good shape and I was happy with it. I ordered 2 more to give as gifts and they arrived crushed and close to being dead. Attention to detail in packing the delicate items was not there. I got a much larger, healthier, and less expensive plant at Lowe's Home Improvement. If you order one of these it is a toss of the dice. Good luck!

This product is nothing like the picture. The one I purchased was shriveled and dying. It was about a third of the size as the one in the picture. Not a good purchase at all.

The tree was frozen when it arrived and when it unthawed it died. I would not purchase again. Plus I did not get my money back or a new tree.

The product looked great when received. I was actually shocked at the packaging - well protected.

I received this item in poor condition. It had leaves that were eaten up by bugs and the trunk seems to have some sort of rotting going on at the vase of one of the stalks. Alot of the leaves have fallen off. This item was pretty much a waste of my money but thats what I get for buying a plant over the internet.

My tree arrive in a little box stuffed full of styrofoam--not good for the environment but it did do a great job protecting the tree. I'd say it has doubled in size over the last year and must be a fairly hardy little tree to survive at my apartment. I don't know if it's working to bring me good fortune, but I can say that it does still look like a million bucks.

Gave it to my boyfriend for his birthday. When he called me he said "You bought me a plant?". It's much bigger then what a Bonsai normally looks like. It's definitely a tree. But as long as it brings more money, who cares, right?
It had a couple of broken branches when it arrived and that was disappointing.

I ordered this tree for a Valentines gift for my boyfriend. It looks dead! We will try to revive however...it doesn't look good. It looks to me like it may have froze but I'm not an expert. The packaging is as everyone says a pain which would have been fine had it looked healthy. Unfortunately there was no zero for a rating. I got a beautiful diamond necklace, he got a very sick looking tree.

I bought this plant for my fiance and it met and exceeded all my expectations. It is well proportioned between the plant and the pot it is in, unlike what was said in another review. It was as described and the picture in the listing is exactly what I got. The shipping was fast as well, only 2 days, and free. It will also be easy to take care of. The price could not be beat anywhere I looked for this product, and I searched multiple sites and stores. The plant arrived in excellent packaging, too. I couldn't be more pleased.

The plant is very healthy. It arrived quickly and in good shape.
What disappoints me is that it is described as 10-12" tall and in a 10" pot. This plant is 20" tall and in a 5" pot. It looks silly.....the pot is WAY too small for the height. It does not look "Bonsai" due to it's height. If I had seen it in person I would NOT have bought it.
