Cable work great. Really liked the price. I purchased 8 cables total and all worked. Installed on HDTVs.

As the title states, I am quite happy with my choice of these cables. My wife (who is not an engineer) was all conned by the BestBuy guys into buying the Monster cables for at least 8 times the price I paid here. I convinced her that even if we go wrong we wont loose much money - we can always buy Monster cables later.
But we didnt have to. The cables are working just fine on all 3 TVs - I bought 3 cables.

These cables work as well as those that cost three or four times more. I used them to connect my laptop to my TV and the resulting picture quality was outstanding.

With the boom in HD devices and need to connect them to displays to see that HD quality, the number of cords can easily grow and the cost for most of these HDMI cables can be almost as much as the components you're looking to connect!

So having said that, I purchased this cord to give it a shot - couldn't hurt for the price i thought - and I am so glad I didn't spend the $70, 80 or even 120 for the monster cable alternative.

Maybe the higher-end brands are a couple of degrees better but for me, watching Blu-Rays or video from my laptop on my HDTV with this HDMI cable is excellent.

Buy with confidence.

I've been purchasing this brnd of cable for a long time for differnt things. i haven't found a fault with any of them as of this time. This cable itself is sturdy and has a quality look and feel to it. It will handle 1080P at 60hz. You will need to buy different cable if you have a 1080P 120Hz or higher TV.

The cables work great. Very clear picture. Fast shipping. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend this product.

I just received the CablesToGo Velocity HDMI cables I ordered from Amazon.com. My Amazon.com order was placed on Saturday, January 9, 2010.

The packaging on the cables says "Impact Acoustics" instead of "CablesToGo" and the cables are thick and black.

I want the thin, blue versions of these cables not the thick black ones. I ordered these specifically because they are supposed to be thinner than regular HDMI cables.

This is my first HDMI Cable purchase. I bought it basically cause I ran out of component video connections to my lcd tv and I have two hdmi inputs that aren't being used. I was going to buy locally but after seeing some of the prices I checked Amazon. I attached it to my dvd player which supports 480i and my tv which supports 480i and was amazed at the difference that the cable made in the picture and audio quality. I work with various types of equipment all the time with different types of cables. I've seen shoddy and cheap cables. This cable does not look or feel like a cheap cable and the results so far are more than what I expected. Definately would and will purchase another one of these again for any hdmi cable needs in the future.

Picture quality is very poor. Colors washed out. I replaced the cable with an older cable I had and the picture was perfect. I didn't bother to return it because of the shipping cost. I put it in the garbage.
Avoid this brand.

This HDMI cable looks great, works great, so what more could be asked? Oh yeah, it comes with a lifetime warranty. I am using this mainly to connect my PS3 to my Samsung plasma and I have no complaints so far! Quality image for a six feet cable, not to mention the blue color of the cable makes it stand out among the sea of black electronics.

I bought these cables for my new Toshiba HDTV back in November 2007, and have had no problems whatsoever. I was surprised because I have bought cheap audio cables that have been junk and didn't last, but these are fine, I get great audio and video quality.

My recent purchase of Cables to Go 3.3' HDMI cable was a wise one.
Works flawlessly, and priced reasonably, I'd hightly recommend it to
anyone looking for a good, quality HDMI product.

Ocasionally have to unplug and replug to get sound to work. My not be a cable issue.

i got this cable a while a go during xmas of 08. i got it to hook up my new ps3 to the 52 in hdtv in the living room. the picture quality and stuff is good. however, watch normal programming from the cable box, is affected due to the cable shielding of the hdmi cable or something because there will be slight banding on the screen while watching tv shows. this is a good cable none the less and if the banding isn't going to bother you or it might not even be present in another set up as it might be a problem with mine. I f i were to go for a different cable, i would go for a media link one. as they appear to be top-knotch.

It does it job. The picture on our flat screen is clearer and the sound is so much better.

A good cable is what one needs to get, not the overpriced one ..i would suggest around $30. The connectors need to be of good quality preferably gold plated.
Now in order to future proof your system to support the newer HDMI spec.ver 1.4 which does 3D Over HDMI and a higher resolution beyond 1080p also called the 4K x 2K Video Support- the type they use in studios aka industrial grade, you need good cables.

I purchased these cables for use with a DVD player. They are well insulated. 480i; 720p; and 1081 pictures are very good. Connectors offer snug fit. Well shielded against EMF and RF interference.

Cables To Go offers these HDMI cables at less than HALF the price of the cables sold at places like Wal-Mart but they are, in my opinion, as good if not better quality than those more expensive cables. Many people I have talked to say that connecting your HDTV with an HDMI cable as opposed to component video and audio cables makes no difference in picture quality. I disagree. I believe for the best quality picture from your HDTV, HDMI is the way to go, not to mention the convenience of ONE cable that delivers the picture and sound as opposed to FIVE cables required for component connection. HDMI is the way to go... and Cables To Go are the cables to buy at Amazon.com!

Wow no difference at all compared to the most expensive brand out there..Monster Cables. Now I know they are ripping people off because this HDMI does exactly what the Monster Cable does. No need to waste your money!

The Cables to Go Velocity series 40315 HDMI Cables are not as bulky as other HDMI cables I've purchased, and I have not notice any difference from the expensive ones. Great price with shipping included.

Much easier to use than the three-prong compatible cables given out by cable companies, and, best of all, it works!

I ordered 4 of these HMDI cables for my new entertainment center and have been using them for about 7 months now. Recently, when playing DVDs, the picture would go black for a few seconds and sometimes the DVD player would display an error saying the device it's connected to isn't HDMI compatible. (Obviously, I hadn't changed anything.) Some technical discussion forums pointed to the HDMI cable as potential root cause.
So I bought a more expensive cable (Belkin) and replaced the one between DVD player and receiver. The error went away. Now I'm of course worried that the remaining 3 cables may also fail at some point. In future I may spend more on cables to avoid issues like this.

Bought these at christmas time for xbox360, then again for PS3 this month. They have worked with out issue, the systems play great. I walk into Best Buy and see what they are asking for the same thing and wonder if consumers get over charged this way for all goods.
They are a good buy and arrived on time as promised.

These inexpensive cables work great for my DVD player (720p device). Don't spend $60 or $100 for top end HDMI cables just to get a 2 way connection between your TV and a DVD player, TiVO, etc. Get's you full functionality of 2-way connection and crystal clear video/sound quality. Save the high end cables for a BlueRay player.

I thought I needed the $180 cable from big box appliance store. I bought this cable for < $5 and don't know how to determine if the $180 cable is any better; but I don't care. The picture on my 1080p is very very nice. I did have problems with initial setup but it turned out to be a bad DVR from cable company. I bought multiple sizes "just in case" and will never consider the expensive cables again. These work great !
I do wish the cable was white color; to blend in more with wall.

I've used these cables for a few months now and I can honestly say I see no difference in video quality between a similar set of Monster Cables and the more economical Cables To Go ones.

From my research before buying these cables, at such short lengths, the Cables To Go HDMI cables should (and do) perform perfectly. Definitely a recommended buy.

Based on the title and first sentence of this review, you probably know where I am going with this. I have HAD IT with clamshell packaging, and these Cables To Go from Impact Acoustics are the WORST example I've ever seen. The packaging is sealed so tightly, and made of such a hard plastic that scissors just wouldn't work; I eventually had to resort to sawing the package open with a steak knife. In the course of doing this, I've sliced the dickens out of my hand - not with the knife, but with the exposed mangled plastic of the packaging itself!

Look, I'm aware that this review isn't very helpful with the performance of the product itself. Honestly, I haven't hooked it up yet because I've been too busy trying to STAUNCH THE FLOW OF BLOOD. (And no, I'm not exxagerating.)

You have a choice in who you buy these cables from - dozens of companies make them. I am begging you to exercise that choice. PLEASE don't give Impact Acoustics the money or the satisfaction - it's a minor thing to them, but they are WOUNDING PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Please buy your cables from another company. Amazon has just launched an amazing "Frustration-Free Packaging" initiative. They're aware of the problem. Please support this initiative and buy in frustration-free packaging. That way, maybe these guys will get the message and stop distributing these asinine clamshells.

I've been using this HDMI cable for nearly 2 years with no problems at all. Provides excellent picture/sound and a secure connection. The things you look for in a cable are: secure connection/contact, throughput, and rejection/resistance to interference. In my system, this cable meets all expectations for a tenth of the price of cables that do the same thing. Don't listen to the "Monster" hype -- this is all the cable you need for your HD/1080P/7.1 ch system.

I ordered this product without really knowing HDMI cables. It tooks me 2 weeks to get them while the LCD arrived in 4 days. So I went to Sam's Club and bought 2 HDMI cables which were a little more expensive. These HDMI cables seems like they are much better cables and I had them when I needed them.

I have had no problem with these cables. They fit snug and the picture on my TV from the receiver is sharp. I'm glad I didn't follow the herd and shell out $50-$100 for cheaper cables that do the same thing.

Good quality cables at a great price. Got two a few months back for my new Sony Bravia (one for the cable box, one for a Philips upconverting DVD player). Both worked perfectly out of the package, and everything looks and sounds great! No complaints at all.

Not much to say here, only way to go if your ewquipment is HDMI. Shipping was very quick. Prise is right compared to retail stores in my area.

Unfortunately I can't agree with the other reviews here. I bought two of these. The first one worked for 20 minutes, then caused HDMI handshake problems -- the tv kept trying to sync with my DVR. The second cable fixed that, but then I found that neither cable supported 1080p. Swapped the cables out for another brand and voila, 1080p works.

I don't know what I'm giving up by going with these versus the $100+ Monster cables. If there's a significant difference, it's lost on me.

The major electronics chain stores want us to pay over $100 for an HDMI cable and claim low price cables don't work as well. Nonsense! MY 1080p LCD works just fine with this low-priced high-quality cable. Save the money. Buy this instead for about $15 with shipping and treat yourself to a nice dinner out with what you saved.

I will never buy a TV without HDMI hook ups again. It's so easy to plug just one cord in. Plus it looks a lot neater with the single cable.

These cables are as good as the one sells for hundreds of dollars. No noise whatsoever. I highly recommend it.

This cable works well for upconvert dvd players etc. I hooked it up to my new Samsung 61" led dlp set from my Directv HD DVR and things just did not look right. Went and bought a 40 dollar cable and it made a big difference.

I bought this HDMI cable to connect my new dvd player with my LCD 40 inch television. The connection has greatly enhanced the picture on my tv. The price is excellent.

What Amazon sent was Impact Acoutstics black HDMI cables. I'm working on the return now. The only thing that's the same is the model number. I can't even find what they shipped on Amazon's web site.

This is a high quality HDMI cable. Connectors have a positive feel and you can easily tell when it is fully engaged. Much less expensive that what you'd pay for in the big box stores.

The cables arrived on time, were the correct cables for the new television we purchased and the price was amazing. At a local national chain electronics store, a similar item was priced at $59.95! Go figure. Do your homework, choose reliable vendors and save lots of money!!!!

The thing with HDMI is, it doesn't really matter what "quality" of cable you use. When you're dealing with an all digital signal, a cable is a cable. This one is by far cheaper than many other 6.6ft cables, and it's worked just fine for me over the last two months.

The cables were as expected, plugged the cables into the component and the TV and that's it, easy.

I purchased this HDMI cable at a ridiculously low price (I now know why).
I tried it on a new Verizon FIOS HD receiver instead of using the included cable that came with it, and this cable would give me a picture on a new HD TV (LG brand) but the screen would go totally green after 20 seconds. I restarted several times, tried different settings, but the green screen came back.
Installed the HDMI cable that came with the FIOS, and no issues... so I must assume the cable is faulty or of poor quality.
Sometimes, cheap is just that.

The above says it all. There is no reason to buy a more expensive cable. This is an excellent value.
