Don't waste your money on expensive cables
This is a great cable at a great price. Other stores want 3 or 4 times as much for the same quality cable. Don't be a sucker.

Loose connection after couple of weeks
The connection for reason became loose after a little while. So, whenever I move my monitor or my ps3, I need to spend couple of minutes of wiggling to get the connection to be stable. At first, it was just one end, then later, both ends became in this state. Another cable that I got did not have this problem. The connection was sturdy from the start. Potentially, this is not because of the metal connector but the plastic casing that is supposed to keep the connector from angling.
Had to ditch the cable and get a new one only after 3 months of use.
The cable is absolutely great i just didnt realize 6ft is a smaller cable then i expected lol it is very small! But great quality HD and good overall cable highly recommend the buy to every1 else i think i even pointed a few friends in your direction!! Shipping was very fast!
I have enjoyed the cable so far. The quality is no different than a cable I purchased for $30.00. The construction is not as finished as the more expensive cable, but it does the job.

Cheap Cords Oh My
Come on! This is a no brainer. For the price that I paid for the cord. I think I actually bought the cord cheaper then the shipping. Heehee. Awesome.
Works great for connecting the Roku to our big screen TV for Netflix over the wireless network in our house.

You can get quality, even cheap.
I got this cable recently, but I had to wait for my other purchase to get in to use it. (I bought it for my new media player).
The cable itself is study and feels like it was quality built, and when I used it with the media player, there were no issues at all. It works just fine, moving the unit or the wire has no effect on the picture.
So as of now I have no complaints, and if anything happens I will update this review, but as it stands now, for the cheap price, this is definitely worth getting over those expensive brands.
Don't buy the more expensive monstercables
...these do the exact same thing and work fine!

good quality cable.
This is a good quality cable, plus it was inexpensive. The differences between this cable and $80+ cables are minimal (or unnoticeable to the majority of the population) at most. Don't throw it around, drop it a lot, stomp on it, etc. and it won't break. It's like a $30 women's purse from Kohls or a $500 purse from Macy's. You won't notice a major difference. It's all a status symbol. People thinking they have "the best" which usually isn't true, it's just more expensive with a big logo on it. The people complaining are like the women who must have that COACH purse and can't settle for anything else.

Terrific value - Same quality picture AND sound as the Monster cables.
Don't bother wasting money on the expensive HDMI cables that every sales person on the planet tries to push on you. These cables provide EXCELLENT picture and sound quality. I noticed absolutely no difference whatsoever compared to the more expensive ones (e.g. Monster Cable). The only negative is the lack of durability of these cables. But since they're so incredibly cheap, do what I did and buy in bulk! One breaks...oh well I have five more that are brand new!
I have 2 of these, and I'm about to order a third. These cables are excellent, much better than one I bought at 3 times the price. I use, them with a 720p and a 1080i TV, and in both cases, have been very pleased. I don't know how they work with 1080p, so I can't comment on that, but for 720p, buy this cable!

Don't be fooled by EXPENSIVE CABLES
Digital signals unlike older analog and prior types were subject to interference and snowy picture. Digital is Binary (011010, etc) so its different in that either you get a signal or you do not. You don't need $79 HDMI cable at all because it is wrapped 10x and gas injected tubing and blah blah.
Point is I use this to hook my Samsung Blu-ray Player to my LED (not LCD), brand new Samsung and people freak out when they see the picture clarity. It looks like a window into a movie using a $10 dollar cable. That's marketing for ya of the expensive ones.
I went to Wal-mart last week and they wanted $25 for 1 cable and I bought 2 from Amazon for $10. What a deal! These cables are quality and a lot heartier than I would of expected. It is molded so if you have issues with moving cables all the time this might not be for you. But if it's gonna sit behind a tv for a few years, it'll do the trick! I look forward in purchasing other cables from this place to see if all their products are this good. Most definitely would recommend.
Purchased two of these cables to use with my new PS3 and 1080p TV. The first cable wouldn't lock in the 1080p signal at all -- the TV would flash that it detected 1080P, then go dark, then repeat. 720p and 1080i seemed to work fine.
Next I tried the second cable and things seemed to be OK at 1080p... but then I noticed a faint static snow that comes and goes along with a slight flicker. Again, if I switch to 720p or 1080i things seem to be OK. I am assuming that these are Category I cables, and that is why they are causing problems.
If you just need 720p or 1080i these should work fine, but if you want to run 1080p, I would look elsewhere for cables that explicitly state that they are Category II. There are plenty of them on Amazon for similar amounts.

GREAT CABLE! BUY IT
When I was searching for hdmi cables I was overwhelmed about all the brands and price difference. I went for this one as I was taught at my university (I am a computer engineer) that digital is digital, even if it loses it's strength it's not going to lose it on such a short distance. A cable isn't permitted to degrade the signal past a certain point, but in most cases, this won't happen and just about any cable will work (unless your HD device is on your mother's in law's apartment one block away and your are trying to hook it to your TV in your room)
I bought 2 of them, but I am just using one with my 42" panasonic HDTV and a sony 350 blu ray
Cables arrived promptly. The cables have provided excellent sound and picture quality with my new Sony Sound Bar and existing Sony 42" HDTV.
Don't spend lots of money on those high priced cables. This does the job. I get clear 1080p signals from my HDDVR and Blu-Ray.

HDMI Cable Review
These cables exceeded my expectations. They were very solidly built and felt like they were much more expensive cables than they were. I got three cables for less than $20 with shipping included. The picture quality from my HD Cable box and Progressive scan DVD player are excellent on my 52" Samsung LCD. I can't wait to get a Blue Ray player to see what 1080p looks like. Overall, I would highly recommend these cables for anyone who does not need a name brand cable for 20x the price.

Works with a Sony Bravia LCD and Scientific Atlanta 4250HDC
My house came with a custom AV installation with the TV over the fireplace connected through the wall to a Charter Cable HD receiver in the adjacent cabinet. There was a 6' Monster DVI cable in place and every so often the picture/sound/everything would stop working for hours. Using another cable I isolated the problem down to the Monster cable. After reading many reviews on Amazon I learned that there is no difference between a $5 cable and a $100 cable. So I bit the bullet and bought this one.
No change in quality, for better or for worse. Worth every penny. It worked, I'm happy!

Great Cable for the Right Price
Let's face it...HDMI is a digital connection so there is no real difference between the "high quality" expensive brand and this. Sure those other ones might look fancier, but that is not worth paying an arm and a leg for!
Cables Unlimited always come through with great cables on the "cheap". If you are looking for an HDMI cable...definitely get this over some expensive "branded" one.
You don't need a fancy HDMI cable to get a good picture. This cable works just fine and is priced well.

Be careful when buying HDMI cables
While I always have believed "You get what you pay for", there are some products that you can skimp on. HDMI cables don't appear to be one of them.
While I refuse to throw down $50 to $100 on an HDMI cable, I won't ever buy another $10 cable again.
I should start by saying that I am a "professional troublshooter". I have been in product support and IT for many many years, know how to read manuals and have more patience than anyone I know. Here's my story:
I have a new Sony Bravia and bought two of these cables. One for the Comcast cable box, the other for a Blue Ray player (that I don't have yet.)
1. I connected everything and switched to the HDMI 1 input...no signal found.
2. I moved over to HDMI 2...no signal found. Moved to 3 and 4...same thing.
3. I tried the second HDMI cable, same thing.
4. I took both cables and the box in the den and connected them to my 26" Samsung. No problem at all. Now I am bummed....is my new Sony defective??
5. I took the cable box and cables back to the Sony...same issues.
6. After a couple of hours of drinking beer and screwing with it, I suddenly have connection. Yeehaw! But wait...
7. On the next day, I get my surround sound system, VCR and a few other things set up, which required some rearranging and connecting/disconnecting. Guess what? Again, no signal when I was done.
8. I finally give in and go to Walmart and buy another HDMI cable (a Phillips.)
9. I replaced the HDMI cable with the new one and bingo...the connection was detected immediately.
10. I disconnected, reconnected, changed inputs, etc. There were no problems at all. It was connected every time, right away.
All is not lost. I can apparently still use these cables on my 26" Samsung, but the Sony didn't like them for some reason.
I'm giving them 2 stars because on the Samsung they work fine, and worked well on the Sony for the short time that they actually worked. Just be careful.

Delivers the goods
I use this cable to hook our laptop up to the TV and thus far I have no complaints. It works as advertised and I see no difference between the picture & sound quality of this cable and the other, more expensive ones I already own.
This cable works as well as any I've tried. It's also much less expensive than you'll find in the stores.

Good Product for the price
Dont buy any of those expensive cables. This one is cheap & very good for 1080p resolution. I have a 47inch sony LCD tv & it works beautifully. The length of the cable might be a problem for some, other than that simply awesome.
Product was exactly as advertised, worked perfect and arrived promptly. That is that can be asked!
I have not used any sophisticated measurements to verify that these cables are any better or worse than any other cable. However, linking a Yamaha YSP-3050BL Digital Sound Projector to a Samsung 46" LCD they fully met my expectations providing clear and clean HiDef images from BluRay, DVD, and DirectTV. This is the lowest data transmission connection and this cable has fulfilled the need very well. I hate giving 5 stars to something that does what it is supposed to do but that is an unfairness of rating systems.

It stinks and I don't like it.
I have bought cheap cables off of Amazon before and they were just fine. These cables on the other hand barley get the signal to your tv. The cable doesn't fit very tight in my brand new HD Tivo, so the cable has to sit just right to get the signal out. If you touch it or it wiggles its over.
It does its job. I've had it for a couple months now and I haven't had any problems with it at all.
This cable did not work. Tried it several times. Went to Best Buy and bought a Belkin for $39, and it works fine. Of course, I was an idiot and had already recycled the packaging, so I can't even return it. Good thing it was only $11.

Consistent with the CNET recommendation
I bought this cable as a filler to get the free shipping, but first read about the true value of HDMI cables, as opposed to the ridiculously expensive products offered at places like Best Buy. CNET has a really good article on HDMI inputs on HDTVs, and how much should be spent on such a product. These cables are my "travel" set for my XBOX 360 when I'm away, as I leave the expensive ones at home. They work just as well as the overpriced set, and the fit and finish is just as good as anything in a local store. Highly recommended.

Does the trick without breaking the bank
I think the verdict is still out until I get some long term usage out of this cable, but so far I cannot tell the difference in picture quality between this and more expensive cables I have purchased. The connectors fit well and the cable is substantial in size - not like some cheap cables I have seen. Definitely worth the money.
Those of you who believe all the "Monster Cable" hype then go ahead and pay 10 times as much for a cable. This cable works great and is quite a bargain for the $'s!

I bought two of these to go with a new Toshiba Regza TV. TV got no video signal from either of these cables. Another cheap HDMI cable and cheap DVI to HDMI cable worked with the TV but not these particular cables. Avoid these.

excellent item.. totally happy with it !!
Before buying this product i was very skeptical about the quality. The same product if bought from any of the brand name stores, consumers would have to pay close to 100 bucks or even more. It did not make any sense to me. I was almost certain that the item would be bad and i always believed in the saying - 'What you get is what you pay for'. But not anymore, at least not in the case of this cable. It is just incredible. The picture quality is spell-bounding. It is totally worth the price. Please do not shell out tons of money out in the stores when u can get the same item at 1/10th of the price.
-Cheers !
