Received what I ordered quickly
I also ordered the Canon PC170 copie at the same time...the copies are very light and I can't get them darker. I don't know whether the problem is the cartrdge or the copier.

Make sure you get the Canon-brand cartridge
Be careful that you get what you order. I ordered a Canon E20 cartridge from Amazon.com but ordered it from ANTOnline rather than Amazon (who didn't have it in stock). I was careful to read the description that I was ordering a Canon-brand cartridge and not a 3rd-party replacement. ANTOnline shipped an inferior replacement-brand cartridge. ANTOnline did not respond when I contacted them. Amazon.com originally denied my claim that ANTOnline shipped the wrong item. I appealed by telephone and Amazon refunded my money.

Great Canon Cartridge
My Canon copier machine is 9 years old, and this is only the 3rd cartridge I have had to buy. I have debated about buying the generic ones, but since the Canon cartridge has been so reliable, I continue to go with what I feel is the best.

Cannon toner cartridge
Cartridge was easy to remove and install new one. Produces very good copies.
Canon makes pretty good copier cartridges.I like this Canon because I feel that it was worth what I paid for it.
