Epson Black Ink Cartridge (T060120)

Works perfect, looks perfect! After doing a lot of research on 3rd party brand ink I found that even if you can find and get the very best third party ink they will fade far faster than your printers brand ink ever will. Also most 3rd party inks have a hit and miss kind of score. Don't be fooled by people that claim Epson is charging to just be greedy. While it's true that Epson does make most of its profit from the ink sales rather than printer sales, the ink is still well priced for the quality it is. So if you are thinking about getting a 3rd party black or color do your research carefully, I would personally recommend against it. Sometimes you can find on your eBay or a local craigslist Epson ink that's past its expiration date. With experience I can tell you this ink will be good at least 90% of the time (I would say within 2 or 3 years past the date). If you need just simple cheep printing get a laser jet! Black and white ones are very cheap and will print around 10,000 prints on one toner cartridge (although this of course vary from printer to printer). Color laser is getting cheaper and if you just need simple color then it's the way to go. NOTE: Research your color/black&white laser jets! Some are far better than others and in addition some come with half full toner cartridges (which in that context is greed).

Initially, my order took a long time. I contacted the seller and they sent out a new cartridge. After 3 weeks of waiting, it arrived and I was disappointed. The seller made things right, and I am confident that I will use them again - just not for this product.

I tried recycled ink cartridges once, and it was a complete waste of money. There are some things you just can't skimp on, and ink is one of them. (However, you CAN save money.. by ordering from Amazon. I used to order directly from Epson, but no more.)

The quality of this ink is really first-rate. It never looks faded, blotchy or uneven; my inkjet printer prints like a laser. This is especially important when you're using it for online postage, because the barcode needs to be scanned. These cartridges also last a long time.

I use the epson cartridge now most of the time, mainly because the off brands have given us bad service more often than not in the past. My only complaint is the priceyness of the company ink.

I only use epson ink for my epson printer. It is the only waterprrof and fully color regulated in for my printer.

Ink is just ink no matter who manufactures it. Not price justified. Already switched to ink refills.

The EPSON C68 inkjet printer is a very cheap and simple device. Its cartridges combines a good price, the printing quality and maintenance/operation simplicity.

Amazon it the cheapest I have found ink for my Epson printer. I always order enough to get the free shipping which is the key to getting it at the best price. Always delivered on time and in great shape.

The ink does not smear, which is great. I am bummed that Epson doesn't have a recycling program for their cartridges, but at least the post office has a program that takes all cartridges and electronics.

I purchased this a couple of weeks back. The item works as stated and was in great condition. It is the exact same one that I had been purchasing at Wal-Mart, but I saved a few dollars by purchasing it here.

I received the ink, and it was fine-However, the package was opened-I am not sure if this was opened by somebody else in my apartment building, or by the carrier, or whoever, but it was still unnerving-I live in a very safe area, so it seems unlikely someone at my place opened it-Also, the inside ink package was crushed....

The Epson Black Ink Cartridge is a fine companion to my Epson Stylus CX4200 printer. I've only used genuine Epson ink with this printer, since I'm cautious about keeping the printer in working condition. I placed an order for 3 cartridges from SourceofInk.com, which had a promotion on this item in June 2009 of Buy 3 Get 1 Free. Despite the item description clearly indicating that an Epson T060120 was the product, I received 3 GE-T0601Bk cartridges from MMC, and a random EMPTY, unsealed cartridge by MMC that was an entirely different model. I contacted SourceofInk immediately and they said they never carried the Epson T060120 cartridges (though it is clearly indicated in their posting, and nowhere in the product title or description does it mention they are actually selling a generic version). They agreed to give me a full refund, and did not ask me to return the generic cartridges. I found this to be a shady business practice and have not tried the MMC generic cartridges.

Again however, the Epson black ink works fine, though it runs out quickly (maybe 100-150 sheets).

The ink cartridge was just what I had ordered and arrived in good time. If only the printer had kept working as well as the ink could have, I would be even more pleased.

Good price on Amazon for a OEM cartridge and I do not have to drive to computer store to buy it. In fact it is cheaper just to buy on line at Amazon than what I can buy it for in my town.

Epson printers love Epson ink. This is certainly the case here, and I've always been very satisfied with the quality and performance of this ink!

I've found Amazon.com to be the cheapest Epson ink. If you sign up for the recurring orders, you get a discount on top of that! It's easy to manage that account and easy to skip an order (if you don't need one for the next shipping date) or order one earlier if needed. It claims you can cancel anytime as well, which makes it worthwhile, even for just a one-time order! Great savings!

Liked the ink jet. 1 Mouse was good but you sent two which I paid for but did not order the second one. Inexpensive so I kept the spare.

Well, nothing really to write about a printer cartridge when it does the job and does it really well.

Wonderful product - worth all that it costs. Tried cheaper brands from another store and ruined a printer.(had to be discarded).

What great ink. It is truly inky. It inks each and every time I ask it to. And what could be darker than night? This ink, of course. It is the blackest of black inks I have ever set my keyboard to typing about. A truly marvelous ink. Tremendous ink. The King of Inks, if you will, which, if you anagram it, spells out "THIS IS THE BEST INK CARTRIDGE EVER". It doesn't, really, but I really, truly enjoy this ink. Yessir. My pick for ink, every time.

There only two stores in my area that still sell this type of cartridge. Both of them are quite a distance. The item arrived several days before the estimated delivery date. I am completely satisfied with this product. The price was the same as if I was going to the store and much more convenient.

The product came on time. Cheaper to get it on amazon. It is $30 in stores. One problem ink finishes quickly.

Why does one black cartridge cost $20 and three color cartridges cost $33.00? It cost more to manufacture a color ink cartridge than a black cartridge because colored ink costs more to make. But as everybody knows you ain't goin nowhere without it! We are being taken advantage of by this company, college students need to spend more on an ink cartridge than a BOOK!! Please do not patronize this company, for once stick it to the man, so to speak.

This is a good product at a good price. Itis an actual Epson product at a good price and it lasts for quite a while.

Had purchased generic replacements and had nothing but problems. This item has run without any issues.

This product is considered by me to be a very high quality product for use in the printer for both letters and photos.

i use only epson quality ink in my epson printer for berrtr prints and photos and here at amazon i find the epson quality priced reasonably and affordable

This ink cartridge was a few bucks less than what I usually find it at in the retail store. I think it was a great price and I didn't have to wait too long to get it. From now on, unless I per chance find it cheaper somewhere else, I will order my ink cartridges for my Epson printer on Amazon.

This ink doesn't run or bleed. It's a good solid color that performs just as I expect it to.

I received this Epson Black Ink Cartridge in only 2 days even though I signed for super saver shipping which should take longer. Happy to be able to order this product via Amazon rather than going into a store. The store was out of stock the last time I checked; they were waiting for a shipment but no guarantee when... Needed it for sure, so Amazon saves the day again.

I find this product does the job. I probably could go the cheaper route but I like that it works and lasts quite awhile. I have found Amazon has the best price.

It's easy to understand why my Epson Stylus C88 printer was so cheap. The reason is because this single small black ink cartridge for the C88 is over $20 with tax/shipping. Hello? Does anybody see the picture here?

I got the product earlier than promised, which is always a good thing, and with no problems.

I guess there is not much to say as the genuine inks are usually made to perform best with printer.

I just received an Epson Stylus C88. Print quality is good but I only made 2 mostly black printouts and the black cartridge was down by 1/3 of its capacity. It looks like the printer gobbles up quite a bit of ink when it is first installed. Now I will find out how long the rest of the cartridge lasts.

After retiring my ancient HP Deskjet500C for an Epson C88; I was amazed how long a cartridge lasts and most amazing was the quality of the printout was excellent up to the last drop of ink! Most of my printing is genealogy research related, and though high quality is not necessary, I still need a decent copy. I print using Draft Mode, most of the time, and still, the quality and readablility are highly satisfactory. I have copy and pasted old family photos directly into snail mail (Typed using MS Word)and using the color image/text setting. I about fell over when I saw the print out. The photo's were amazingly clear - and they were printed on standard letter sized paper. No bleeding through to the other side, practically dry as soon as they left the printer. Using draft mode extends the life of the ink cartride and produces satisfactory copy. High quality printing produces a bright, crisp looking document. I am so pleased with these ink cartridges and highly recommend them - and the Epson C88.
