Epson T5570-M Print Pack for Epson PictureMate Printers

Prints come out beautiful, but there is no way to get 50 photos with these PictureMate ink packs (50 sheets with each ink pack). I get maybe 30 at most. Plus these are very expensive. And typical with all these Epson printers is you always have to do endless Head Cleaning which uses ink.

I love the matte finish. I bought this for my printer because my printer book told me it would work. It works great. PAL Dash and Snap users should read the manual and buy the proper supplies.

I agree that you will need more paper before you use all the ink after several cycles. I think that is a good thing.

The 6 inks of the old picturemates are far superior than the improved in Pal, Dash or Snap. I do not understand why Epson changed to a lesser quality.

Nice deal bundled like it is. After having gone through several packs I have found that you will run out of the paper before you run out of the ink. Buy some extra paper to take full advantage of the ink.

Cannot tell you how happy I was to find the "Matte" paper for my Epson PictureMate. I have always preferred "Matte" photos, and this paper does a wonderful job.

I love printing photos on matte paper and was extremely happy to see Epson offered them. Photos look awsome on this paper. The look as if a professional photo lab had printed them.

This print pack MAY NOT BE COMPATIBLE with the PictureMate 200 series printers. If you have a PictureMate Pal, Snap, or Flash printer, you should order EITHER T5846 for 150 glossy prints OR the T5845-M for 100 matte prints.

If the box does not specifically say that it is for PictureMate Series 200 printers (Pal, Snap, and Flash) such as the T5846 or T5845-M packs - DON'T BUY IT! You will end up with the wrong size cartridge. T5570, T5570-M, and "270" cartridges are not compatible with the PictureMate 200 series.

For 150 glossy prints, stick to T5846, such as:

The low rating isn't so much a reflection on the product as it is on the product's packaging. The manufacturer, Epson, knows that it has more than one type of Picturemate system on the market and that the cartridges are not compatible across all Picturemate models - yet the packaging does not state anywhere with which models the print pack is or isn't compatible. This oversight could be easily fixed by adding information to the packaging.

I much prefer matte photos, and was thrilled to find this pack available. I can only get the glossy pack locally for my PictureMate. The quality of the photos printed on this paper is phenomenal! I work in the scrapbook industry, so photo quality and longevity is important to me. The photos from this paper/ink combo have been tested and found to last longer than photos processed by the labs at the average retail store. The quality if this paper is superb. I purchased it just to see the difference between the glossy and (although the glossy paper quality is just as good) I prefer the look of the matte better. My pictures (printed on the Epson PictureMate) turned out beautifully on this paper. You truly cannot tell the difference between those printed with the Epson paper and ones you would have professionally developed, in all honesty, I prefer the ones I print myself because I can make any changes with cropping and/or colorization in Print Shop and then print in sepia tone or B+W and they come out looking very profesional.
