iKross 3-Pack Premium Reusable LCD Screen Protector with Lint Cleaning Cloth for iPod touch 1G (Clear)

Does the job of protecting the screen for a very cheap price. Does have some bubbles that I can't seem to get out. Also, my biggest complaint is that when I initially separated the screen protector from the backing there was a sticker on the screen protector that I struggled to get off and after removing there was sticky residue that is still there. It doesn't affect its purpose, but it is a little annoying.

This is an excellent product for a very good price.

Fits well - easy to apply - protects and does not interfere with the touch screen.

This screen protector comes in a pack of three, which is nice because you will inevitably screw up putting one of the screen protectors on.
That said, these screen protectors definitely do the job they are supposed to: protect your screen. While this is what you bought them for, the screens tend to smudge a lot, so as long as you don't mind wiping them down every once and a while, they're perfect and really cheap.

Product works great on my brand new ITouch!! I suggest everyone with an Iphone or Itouch should invest in these!!

I received the product after 3 weeks delay. In descrition it says 3 pack , but when i received at last it contained 2 pack of screen protector. Hope u understand this undermines the credibility of the product description with actual delivery.

I received the product and went to apply it and the stickers that are supposed to help you attach the screen would not come off the plastic. I would not advise anyone to purchase this particular product.

This was probably one of the easiest installations I've come across. With my Palm Zire, I used Belkin's screen protector and it took several attemps to try and reduce the bubbles, leaving a few on the screen. With the iKross screen protectors on my iPod Touch 3rd Gen, the first try, I had only one bubble and it was in a corner which is covered by my Speck case. An exceptionally easy install and very clear, can't even tell it is there. Very much worth the price.

Well It does protect the screen, but like another reviewer says it is a fingerprint collector. I have mostly smudges and a fingerprint or two, but after using an Optic-Cloth or eye glass cleaning cloth it's as good as new. I appreciate this product because I'm not always perfect and if I accidentally put my keys in my pocket with my iPod I don't feel like kicking myself in the A$$. It's scratches that I bought this product to protect my iPod from not smudges and fingerprints, screen protector or not the Optic-Cloth will easily remove these. Once you have a scratch on your screen you have it for the life of your iPod. So I ask you, for this price would you mind wiping your screen once in a while?

I am very happy with these screen protectors, as they are easy to apply without any air bubbles and dirt getting stuck under the screen. Works great on my son's iPod Touch. Cheers.

These came quickly in just a few days. They fit fine but are challenging to apply, especially without getting bubbles or tiny bits of debris under the protector. I wasted the first of 3 sets trying to get this right. The 2nd one is on but has some debris underneath. Didn't dare try again and have no screen to use at all! Otherwise stays in place. Easily gGets dirty with fingerprints etc, use the TINY cloth (that comes with the protectors) to clean.
Get what you pay for.

Bought these for my Touch 3rd gen - delivered fast, as described. Perfect fit, and easy to install if you follow TigerDave's instructions in his review here (the instructions on the back of the package are oddly translated into English and leave a lot to be desired). At three screen protectors for less than two bucks, these can't be beat.

You know, I tried putting one on and the sticker got stuck on the one and i had gunk left after scratching it off, then let's see...it's practically impossible to apply and get the bubbles out and believe me there are plenty of bubbles. No matter how hard you may try, it's just going to make your ipod look like trash. Good waste of little money.

I'm not going to sit here and write a novel about the screen protectors. For $1.54(NO SHIPPING/TAX)...you get 3 screen protectors? What's there to complain about? Great fit for my iTouch/no bubbles/easy to put on and very fast shipping. If you go out to the stores, they're going to sell $10-$15 for one. Recommended!

I received the pack of 3 screen protectors with cloth for my IPOD touch in record time. My item came from OEC through Amazon.com - and the price was very low - and I wasn't sure I'd have it this quickly... but this is an item you need - to protect your precious screen - and you can't beat the price!

Digital Media source sent me a generic set of screen protectors when I ordered the Ikross 3 pack premium screen protectors. These are terrible. There is a sticker on the face of the protector that is not removable by any means. I tried two of them and the sticker is permanently attached. you can sort of get part of the sticker off but the sticky stuff remains making the protector absolutely useless.

it was a very good price. did cause some bubbles but only small. kind of impossible to get perfect.

I ordered iKross screen protectors from BlueHarborOnline. They are extremely easy to apply as they provide a removable tab to hold onto when you apply them which keeps finger prints off the protectors. Also they can be repositioned initially without difficulty. I can hardly tell I have a screen protector in place... my ipod looks great and touch works fine. Then I reordered but from a different seller... they sent a cheap alternative. I rechecked my original BlueHarborOnline order and found that the first ones I received where their brand, not iKross... I LOVE THEM! I will only reorder from BlueHarborOnline! Be careful which seller you order from as some sellers will substitute your order with cheap items!

Theese 3 screen savers came with 3 microfiber cleaning clothes to help clean screen before installing. Followed detailed sugestions of a previous reviewer and had good result. Shipping was fairly fast and price was great! Good all the way arround.

It says for iPod Touch 1st Generation. So I bought it and it was for the 2nd generation. So mad. Dont buy if you have a 1g.

It came with no instructions except pull tabs. I saw another person use a different brand and learned how to install it. Luckily there were extras. It comes as the protector sealed between two pieces of plastic with tabs which broke off when separating. Once the cover is on i have had no problems.

So the protectors have a little label on the front of the protector saying "Front". Unfortunately this little sticker is attached to the protector with a glue which is not removable...making the protector useless. I tried all kinds of cleaners to remove the residue, including nail removal polish, alcohol, soap and water, etc...it ain't coming up. Only costs a buck...[...]...borders on fraud in my opinion.

It is cheap in more ways than one. Does not work. I even had my daughter try and she is more savvy than I am. Could not get the tag off. Not worth the price. Maybe the Japanese have better luck with this product since it comes from them.

If you are buying your first iphone or ipod touch ... you will want to also purchase:

1) a screen protector for the faceplate, to prevent scratches to the face (this item)

2) a case (silicon jell covering that snaps on the ipod), to provide protection against damage if dropped. (Mine is from Belkin, but any will work.)

Only issue with this product is that it is somewhat difficult to apply without entrapping air bubbles or leaving fingerprints. They provide three in the pack because there is a high probability that you will have to discard one or two because of application issues. Worth the effort, however!

All of the products similar to this will create bubbles if you don't clean and polish your screen first. But these screen protectors cling well. After months, they haven't come "unglued" on their own. Great product. Great price.

I purchased this package of screen protectors for my 3rd generation ipod touch and they fit very well. Easy to install with only one tiny bubble. I could have avoided that by just taking a little more time to attach it. These are just as good as ones seen at Target for $15.

I bought this for my Ipod and its great! The cover give the screen a crystal clear look... I like it a lot.

The description says "iKross 3-Pack" but I only received one. At $1.70 though, I am not sure if it is worth complaining about

Don't buy this - thank goodness is was cheap. First skin hard to take apart, sticker residue didn't come off. Second skin I couldn't take apart. Third skin had too many air bubbles.

I waited until I got these screen protectors before I opened my ipod touch. I did this so I would not get any dust particles on the screen, which was recommended by another reviewer. It didn't matter though, I got the first one on perfectly and it still had bubbles on it...the other 2 were even worse. Once you see those bubbles they can't be removed. It made the screen look blotchy, but it was protected. It looked so bad I ended up just going without them and will take my chances without having the screen protected, unless I can find a better product.

This LCD Screen Protector works GREAT, but you REALLY have to be careful when putting it on. We had to try several times and had to make sure there wasn't any dust or particles in the air around us, because it would get stuck to the screen protector and show up on the screen. If you have the patience and precision to place this on properly, then it's a great buy.

Do not get this product if you are a perfectionist or picky about how your iPOD looks. It took me six of these cases to get a good fit because the tiniest follicle of lint falling on your screen in between the opening of the screen protector and the application of it will create an air bubble. I would recommend ordering at least two packs if you plan on ordering it at all. I also fell on my iPod and it pushed the iPod's screen protector in a manner that created a giant bubble on it. The screen protector came off my iPod without a scratch/gluestain/etc after I removed it. I didn't want to have an iPod with air bubbles on the screen. My iPod 2g is currently without a screen protector (still in perfect shape months after removing the protection). I don't think you really need one if you plan on taking care of your iTouch anyway...

I put this on my itouch with no problems or air bubbles. Great price and no complains.

To make it fit, i had to use scissors to make it fit on my Itouch 1st Gen.
It's also very difficult to make no bubbles appear at all, I managed to get all but 1.

screen protectors are a must for the itouch. This product was easy to apply and once on, you can't even see it. Good value for the price.

I got 2 iPod Touch 3Gs for the kids and these aren't the easiest to apply. It took a few attempts to apply and reapply to align the screen protector and remove bubbles, but once its on, it looks and works better than I expected. If you don't properly line it up, the opening for the menu button gets partially obstructed. It would've been nice if it included a plastic applicator blade to help smooth it out as you put it on. The protector doesn't feel flimsy either. It looks good once you get it on without bubbles.

Mine wasn't the iKross and didn't look like the picture, only a generic brand. It comes with 3 cleaning cloths and no instructions, though it's pretty much self explanatory. It also came from SF Planet who delivered on time.

I bought this to protect my ipod touch from finger prints and it does just that.

Too many bubbles; the tabs aiding installation leave sticky residue after installing the screen and require "blotting" with masking tape.

The product is damn near impossible to install the cover without getting bubbles in. No matter how hard you try, you will be left unsatisfied with the installation when you see tiny bubbles under the screen. No amount of cleaning, pressing rubbing will get rid of them.

Once you install the cover (READ: give up trying to remove the bubbles) you will feel satisfied that your screen is protected from scratches etc. But every so often your eyes will focus on the bubble and then you won't be able to stop looking at it.

Its a great product if seen since it protects your screen from the scratches etc it would most certainly get from regular usage and is certainly worth the money spent...if only the installation description mentioned that "there will be some bubble left there, so don't worry about them" the expectations would be set correctly.

Discount Universe did not send the product purchased - the iKross 3-Pack Premium Reusable LCD Screen Protector - they appear to have sent a generic product that doesn't even have a name on it.

After failing to get the first one protectore installed correctly, we started on the second and then finally gave up. Also, each protector has a sticky label on it, that when removed leaves a very sticky residue that smuges the protector and can't be fully removed.

The actual iKross product may be good - but the substitute sent to me is totally worthless. Don't waste you time and money.

Maybe I could write a review if I actually got it. I ordered it on Dec 13th and was charged shortly after. Today is Dec 28th and I still haven't got it!!!!

I did NOT receive any ikross brand screen protectors, the original item was wrong and damaged, the replacement was further from the purchased item. clear is not a proper description. scratched, damaged or USED would have been more accurate. IT IS NOT EVEN A PACK OF THREE, only one screen protector per package was received. the are NOT for the ipod 1G! I was told that these were of higher quality and that is why i never received what was advertised or what i had paid for. but they are poor poor substitutes. The provider was kind enough to send me a replacement, though it was incorrect, and would not return any further correspondence after the initial contact through amazon.
I will not purchase anything from his market place seller again!

PROS:

1. Easy to install on the ipod touch/Iphone
2. Comes in a pack of three and is somewhat resuable
3. Comes with additional things like dust remover and a small plastic card for removing airbubbles

CONS:

1. The size is not properly adjusted over the screen, (This could be because of my misaligned installation)
2. Gets smudges/fingerprints/dirt on itself very easily, but better it than the iphone.

Takes a little effort to ensure no bubbles, but otherwise works great with my ipod Touch 3G. The price is awesome. Thanks.

Some bubbles formed when I put it on, it says to apply it in a dust free environment, but where is that? There is dust everywhere. Otherwise works just fine. A little harder to clean the screen with the protector vs. no protector.

I ordered this to protect my new third generation Ipod Touch. The Item I received was not labeled IKross but "PET Cool Screen Protector." It was marked "Touch 2." I cleaned the screen with the enclosed piece of cloth which I lightly moistened with plain water. Each cover has a clearly marked thin protective mask on each side. I peeled off the one labeled in red "1. Peel off this mask BEFORE application." The other side in blue says,"2. peel off this mask AFTER application is completed." It would be very hard to get this wrong! I found that there were some bubbles under the cover on my first try. Fortunately there are three covers in the package. Perhaps the cover itself cleaned the last bit of dust off the screen, but the second cover went on fine.

I installed this on my iPod Touch soon after I bought it. At first, I was dismayed because there was a bubble, outside of the screen area, near the cutout for the main button. I realized, however, after purchasing--and having to replace--a number of screen protectors for my PSP and my Motorola Droid, that this really was a quality product, at a good price.

This screen protector was easy to put on, gave me no bubbles in front of the screen, and stays on perfectly, unlike any of the other cheap screen protectors I've bought for my other devices.

A little tricky to put on. Area must be very clean. Can be repositioned if you are careful. Great price!
