Great Convenience - Poor Durability
I've just finished using my second set of C-120s. The first set shorted out from the constant flex where the wire meets the plug. The second? .... You guessed it. Same problem. I've had it about 4 months each time.
That said, the convenience is great. I like the included 3.5 plug, and several times a day I switch them. The extra plug actually fits into the lapel clip when not being used.
I'll probably buy the third set tonight, and wrap the wire/plug area with something strong in advance. By now the price is under $10, and for the sound quality and convenience, it's an acceptable deal.

Absolute Junk Verzion Returns
The earpiece is refurbished I believe. Mine came with a broken verizon lapel clip. While the earpiece may not be meant for my spec phone (palm treo 700) I figured I could use it with my lifedrive to listen to music, but wait there is no music adapter. It was supposed to come with an adapter according to the discription. I honestly cant find anything positive to say. When I did plug it into my phone only the right ear had sound. the same thing happened in my house phone. This is the second one they have shipped me so I am going to go out on a limb and say that they are all defective.
I don't think it's possible to make a more uncomfortable pair of head phones. They are awful! I would recommend the Plantronics MHS213 Stereo Mobile Headset. Very happy with the Plantronics.

Good for Blackberry Pearl
These work quite well with my Blackberry Pearl, including the built-in mic so I can talk on the phone while the earphones are on. I also like the in-ear design, and with 3 sizes of earpieces there's probably one for nearly every ear size.
My only complaint is durability. I had to exchange the first set I bought because they stopped making a good connection with the phone. Now, about 4 months into the second set, the outer wire covering has split near the plug, exposing one of the internal wires (still covered, so it's a minor problem for now).
Considering how few in-ear choices there are for the Pearl, though, I'll probably stick with this model.

A good product, but one little quirk
I have a few devices (2 cells and various audio listening devices) and I like the ability to keep one headset on me that will work with all of them. I also like a headset that I don't have to worry about charging and putting an increased battery drain on my cell phones.
The Jabra c120 has very good sound quality. It measures up to the other Jabra products that I've used in the past. The eargels channel the sound directly into your ear and seem to increase the sound volume and clarity. They fit comfortably in the ear and come in 3 different sizes for a more custom fit. When on the cell phones, people seem to be able to hear me better than when I'm using the handset.
The one quirk that this product has is a slightly longer cord for the left earpiece with no obvious explanation for it. I looked in the scant documentation for the product and found no mention of this. I finally came across a picture on the website showing a woman with both earpieces going around the right side of her head (instead of the commom Y formation going to each side of the head). I guess this was the design of the longer wire to wrap around the neck to the left ear, but I don't see any advantage to this. Jabra should state that purpose somewhere on the packaging, papers, or website.
It would also be nice to have a clip on the left wire so that extra earpiece isn't dangling around or needlessly stuck in your ear on non-stereo devices (on which only the right earpiece is active). A carrying case would also be nice to keep up with the 3.5mm pin adapter when not in use and to neatly store the headset so the wires don't get tangled.

Overpriced and Under performing.
I picked this up at Office Depot. My version has 2.5 and 3.5mm in one. I thought this convenience was awesome; I could use the buds for home phone, laptop and cell phone. Wrong...the mic on this device is useless. You have to hold it to your mouth for anybody to hear you. Then the clip fell off somewhere in the street. The wire for the left ear is too large and droops down. It looks cheap.
So I used it very mildly for a few months on my laptop until the jack wore out and I had to jiggle it for it to work.
Most importantly, the sound quality was sub par. Bass is decent, but not good. Some of the high end sounds are missing.
The good part is that the gels are great. They really keep the bud in your ears while your on the go. Overall this is a definite no buy.

Funny Looking but Work Well
Love them. I thought they were strange at first, and maybe too big for my little ears. Perfect outter ear fit. Cord is not too short and not too long. The bonus is the ear piece fits over your other hard and uncomfortale ear buds. The extra ear pieces can be easily placed onto your other ear bud styled head phones.

Good volume, Annoying design
I had fist tried the Samsung 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter for my LG VX8300. It worked but the volume level was way too low no matter what 3.5mm headset I tried. The C120s 2.5mm headset produced a much higher volume level plus you can answer calls without removing the headphones (built-in mic). Unlike some reviwers, I find the sound quality quite acceptable for earbuds.
I agree that having one earbud cord twice as long as the other is very annoying. I thought I had defective headset until I read these reviews.

Poor sound and poorer design.
I don't know what the people who said these things sound good have listened to before, but these sound terrible! Maybe its ok for a phone conversation, but for listening to music the range is really quite bad and uneven. They sound kind of tinny. I know there exist better earbuds.
To top things off, for some reason Jabra decided to make the cord lengths of each earbud different! Not just a little, nearly a full 12" difference. This is rediculous. When wearing them, the microphone/button doesn't hang in the center, but to the side, and the left bud's cord hangs down and flops around all over the place. It's incredibly annoying and I can't figure out any purpose it would serve.
The overall length is simply too short. I can't keep my cell phone in my jean pocket and the earbuds on because its constantly yanking on my ear. Maybe if they put that extra 12" of cord *below* the microphone, these things would be tolerable.
I'll be investing in a 2.5mm->3.5mm adapter to use my Sennheiser PX200s instead.

Did not work with T-Mobile SDA
I gave it 3 stars, because these earbuds don't work with T-mobile SDA phone. The earbuds seem to working fine on a compatible phone. If they were workin with the SDA, I would have given them more stars. There is only sound coming out of one of the earbuds. Didn't want to go through the trouble of sending them back.
I bought these for myself to listen to MP3s on my Verizon "V" phone (LG9800), and am very happy with them. The sound quality is amazing, they fit comfortably, and they minimize outside noise very well because they fit directly into your ears. I am so happy with them that I'm buying them as a gift for someone else to use with his LG cell phone.
Perfect for Verizon Vcast phonee(i have the Lg VX 8100) sound qulity is excellent, the only thing that can be a hassle is the amount of comfort, but its worth it

Good quality sound, but quite inconvenient to wear
The sound quality on the earphones is good. The mic also captures the voice clearly. I purchased this earbuds-set as stereo sound was supported. However, the gels were not so convenient and the wire on the left ear bud is a bit long, making it entangle sometimes. The features are great, but the gels offset everyother benefit, and I've stopped using the earbuds. (I did not return them just because I'm a bit lazy and did not want to go through the packaging and shipping process. If someone else were to do this return for me, I would have gladly opted to return this set.)
I read several other reviews and decided to take a chance and see if the c120s would work with my Audiovox, and of course only one headphone worked. The mic didn't work either. Make sure you have the right phone.
The eargels turn an unpleasant yellow color in a few weeks. They are strange looking and a little too intimate. The left side cord is ridiculously long and tangles every time you store the headphones. The gels make tangling even more extreme.
Like the other reviews say, no foam is included. I actually returned the first pair I bought, thinking the foam pads were accidentally left out.
The in ear sound is OK. The gels fit well. I get complaints from callers about the sound from the mic.
I am looking for a replacement, I will throw these away when I find it.

decent but not great
the box claims that the item comes with 3 sets of ear gels and a set of foam inserts. it does not come with the foam but the gels are surprisingly comfortable. sound quality leaves something to be desired. they seem to be an "OK" set of headphones but i think still a bit overpriced. ($30 in the store. i see they're cheaper here though.)

Poor Design, Cheap Construction, No foam pads
I bought two of these headsets for my Motorola E815. The construction of the headsets is poor. One ear piece separated when channel the ear cannel gels that came with it. Please note that it does not come with foam earpads like the box says so you are stuck with the eargels. The left side cord is 3 times the length of the right so it either goes behind your head or it look ridiculous on your front, a huge flaw in my opinion. All said sound quality out of my phone is decent and it comes with a 3.5mm adapter to plug into a laptop or ipod. It's a shame that a decent pair of 2.5mm stereo headphones isn't on the market yet.

Jabra C-120 versus Plantronics MX100s
I wanted to hear my cell phone in both ears and I wanted to listen to music in both ears using my Treo 650. Well, I decided to go with the Plantronics MX100s because they are a well-known brand and I have used their other high-quality headsets for years.
Sadly, I was disappointed by the MX100s, but let me be clear. The MX100s is well made and has excellent sound quality, and includes two plugs - one for your phone and one for your iPod or whatever MP3 player. It works well with both the Treo 650 and my iPods. It is ALMOST everything I expected from a Plantronics product, with one tiny but important (and not mentioned anywhere) feature. THE PHONE SOUND ONLY COMES OUT OF ONE EAR!!!! How stupid is that? What a sad thing that the only missing feature on an otherwise superior product is something you would take for granted on a dual earbud headset.
Now I wish I had gotten the Jabra c-120's, although I would like someone to confirm that the phone sound comes out of both ears (duh!) Hello, Plantronics ... are you listening?

Help for the user that wants a headset for mp3 player and cell phone
What you want the headset to have is two jacks, one 2.5 mm for your phone and one 3.5 mm jack for your mp3 player.
Try searching for this on Amazon:
PLANTRONICS MX100S Stereo mobile and music headset. Standard 2.5mm plug for phone, 3.5mm plug for personal multimedia devices
I am still deciding between this one and the Plantronics. I have an LG VX8100 that will play mp3s and I also have an iPod Shuffle. It's a difficult choice because I am a true audiophile that wants good sounds coming through my ears or else I am distracted and cannot enjoy the music at all. If anyone can help me make a choice please post your opinion here or at the Plantronics MX100s page.

Disregard that retard
This item is for a cell phone that has an MP3 player built into it like the LG 8100 or other cell phones. This person clearly didnt read the product type(Cellular phone accesory). It is not meant magically combine your existing cell phone and MP3 player. It is a great product.

Sadly disappointed....
From the product description ("Automatically mutes to receive incoming calls and resumes playing when you have finished your call") you'd believe that the headphones plug into the mp3 player and phone simultaneously. Unfortunately, the headphones plug into only one or the other at a time.
I'm still looking for a product that does exactly what I want it to do.
