[+] 6.0 All Stereo Headphones w/ Mics are bad
I have an LG Muziq, that I like for the most part. I have gone through more headphones then I can count - at least 3 pairs of the expensive body glove sports, a few assorted other pairs, and have already gone through 3 of these Jabras.

As far as I can tell, there isn't a single durable stereo headphone w. microphone set that works for mp3-playing phones. I have done tons of research, and have just found that EVERY thing out there that can handle stereo sound as well as let you talk on the phone, have a life of about 3 months tops. I don't know if its that I'm extra rough on them, but without fail, I will lose all sound in one of the headphones in about that time.

That being said, these things are pretty decent for what they cost. The sound isn't especially good (the body glove ones sounded great) but its there, and they do curve around your ears so they won't fall out (like if you ride your bike). Personally, I wish there was a decent set of headphones out there for music phones, but since I haven't found anything even remotely durable, I'll probably keep buying these things.

[+] 4.0 Not for use with HTC 8125
I bought these to replace the uncomfortable earbuds that came with my T-Mobile MDA (AKA the HTC 8125, HTC Wizard, Dopod). The sound is good unfortunately it only plays through one ear. The HTC 8125 (and other HTC products) use a proprietary 2.5 mm connector that has 4 conductors. Even though I have found 2.5mm 4c connector headsets evidently the conductor order is different.

Bottom line, don't buy these to use with an HTC product.

[+] 4.0 This review is for usage with Palm Treo 750
I wanted this item because I wanted to go running and use my palm treo as a music player. Everything about this product is excellent, it fits in the ear and comes with an adapter that converts the 2.5 to a 3.5 input. The only problem is I got screwed by its sophisticated adapter. There is a screw pattern towards the bottom of the jack thats used to screw into the adapter. This is good in that the adapter will NEVER come off and its shut tight but when I try to plug it into my palmtreo (2.5mm) it doesn't go in all the way because of the screw pattern. In order to use it for my treo I have to use the adapter (3.5mm) and then use my own adapter to convert it back into 2.5mm. It works but I had to modify it and when I go running I have to make sure my phone is fully charged if not it will die fast because of the two adapters.

[+] 8.0 The most comfortable I've tried!
It must be my ears but I have never been able to find any earbuds that are comfortable, until now. The silicone covers don't itch or cause any tenderness whatsoever and you can twist them for an exact fit. The buds can be used with a cell phone and, with the provided adapter, can be used with an mp3 player, computer etc. My main reason for purchasing the earbuds was to use them with my mp3 player. Unfortunately the adapter was broken and too loose. I had to run out to the store and get another adapter.

[+] 10.0 Exactly what I needed
These headphones were perfect for me. I love the in-ear design so that it actually stays on my ear while I'm listening to music. It lets just enough outside noise in so that I can enjoy my music while still being aware of what is going on around me. Even though they were designed for cell phones, they still meet my mp3 player needs just fine.

I got this for a friend that is a bit hard of hearing. This sound is great, but will not work with non MP3 phones. I wish it had said this in big letters on the ad.

[+] 10.0 Wonderful and surprisingly good quality for the price!!!
I ordered these with another pair of stereo handsfree headsets for my new LG VX9400 TV phone. The other pair cost me almost twice as much, but the sound quality, construction, and overall fit of these makes me wish I'd ordered 3 sets of these instead!!! At the time I ordered these, they were priced at only $2.99, so I assumed there had to be a problem with them. WRONG!!! They are in perfect condition, have such great sound that I have to put my phone's volume on 1 so that it doesn't end up too loud, the cord is the perfect length, unlike many others that I've tried, and they fit great!!! I'd recommend these to anyone looking for a great set of headphones, even at $19.99 they're well worth the price!!!

[+] 10.0 Great Headphones for Working Out
These headphones don't have the best sound quality, but when I'm working out, I don't really care. As long as the music is playing, I'm happy. I've tried a few 2.5mm headphones and none of them are as good as these.

These are great earbuds for mp4 players. Only one side worked with my cellphone but I bought them for my 2 grandsons and they love them they each have an mp4 player, they said they like how the earbuds fit in their ears, and it comes with 2 types of covers for the earbuds.

[+] 2.0 Uncomfortable
I purchased this hoping to have a nice pair of head phones for the long conference calls. Well, this wasn't the solution! They were not comfortable at all - I was looking for an "in-ear" solution. I found Plantronics MHS213 Stereo Mobile Headset, and have been using these. They are very comfortable, great quality. I would highly recommend the Plantronics instead.

[+] 2.0 Doesn't work in stereo mode.
Bought this for my cell phone so I can have hands free and stereo mp3 access. The first one didn't work in stereo just mono. The company promptly sent me another one ( didn't want he broke one back). Got #2 and the same thing was wrong. I tried it in 3 different cell phones and even 2 different 2.5mm house phones with no luck. You get what you pay for but you should get what is advertised ( Stereo ). Company was top notch though.

[+] 4.0 Not that great

I was buying another item from AccessoryOne so I thought, "what the hay" for $1.73 each I'll throw in two pairs of Jabra C220 into my order.

The Jabra's each came in a little plastic baggie with a white sticker on the outside marked "special". There were no instructions enclosed, just the actual headset.

I tried the headset on my Treo 755p. The music only came out of one ear. I tried the second headset I purchased and got the same result. I tried a phonecall to my Treo 755p. The Jabra headset answer button did not work. When I manually answered the Treo phone I was able to hear the caller's voice with one ear of the Jabra headset and they could hear me with the mic.

I tried the headset on my wife's LG Muziq. The stereo sound worked in both ears. The sound was ok, the bass was very weak compared to the stock LG headset. I tried a phonecall to the headset and the headset button would not answer the phonecall. Once I manually answered the phonecall I could hear the caller in both ears and they could hear me over the mic.

In conclusion, seems like the stereo sound only works on some phones. The sound quality is mediocre. But for $1.73, what do you want?

[+] 8.0 best option for stereo for LG Chocolate
The LG Chocolate requires 2.5mm plug for wired headphones and these fit the bill -- in stereo which is what you need for the Chocolate (most 2.5 mm things are mono). Note you will still need the adapter that comes with the phone in order to use these headphones -- they don't plug directly into the phone. The packaging makes we wonder if these are really official Jabra equipment (there was a white sticker that said something about a "special" product version). Maybe it was something that Jabra decided wasn't going to be up to their standards. However they do match the features of the model number they indicate. This is going to be the best deal you're going to find on a stereo in-ear style headphones with bonus (fairly usable) hands-free functionality.

[+] 8.0 Great sound for little money
I ordered these because of the value pricing. I had seen them at Best Buy for around $25.00, so I took the chance, I'm glad I did. I use them w/ my phones mp3 player while flying, they work great and have wonderful sound as well not falling out like most earbuds I've tried.

The first time I used this product I went for a walk.. At first i could hear nothing then i jiggled the wires around a lil and then i got distorted music and no words.. So I then tried to answer a call with it and it didn't work i could not hear the other person and they could not hear me.. I would not ecomend this product to anyone it is a total rip off. I am very disapointed..

[+] 8.0 Beware of clones...Get retail product
Beware of clone versions of this product. They look almost identical and even have jabra labelled, but it will also mention "special model" on the label. I order a pair online and the sound quality was brutal. However, went to Best Buy and got them and the quality was great, still have some issues with the connector into my cell phone. (It has to be in just right for the sound to come out at max quality.

[+] 10.0 Finally! Stereo headphones for my cell that don't fall out!
I traditionally have problems with earbuds not staying in my ears. I have long learned to use earhook headphones with my IPOD, but have been looking for something similar for my cell phone. These are the answer! Sound great, stay snugly in my ear even while running, and let me listen to my phone's MP3 player, answer calls with the push of a button, all while never taking my phone out of its case or my pocket. Can't go wrong with these!

[+] 6.0 Good for the price
The Jabra C220 Stereo Earbuds - 2.5mm are a good buy for the price. They are handy, easy to use and stay on my head nicely while I work out at the gym. It is true though what others have said about the bass quality. They are definity short in the high fidelity department, although for the price I've gotten my money's worth.

[+] 10.0 Great for both MP3 phone and laptop
I found this on clearance and decided to try it out. I love the headset because it is stereo, works for both my mp3 phone and laptop (comes with a plug-in then screw-on adapter), and will stay in my ears, unlike the earbuds that came with my phone. The bass also comes through clear, also unlike the earbuds that came with my phone. It comes with a swivel clip for clipping to clothes. The sound is very clear with both of the eargel attachments. The bigger ones block out the outside sound nearly 100%. The smaller ones are still clear but I can hear what is going on around me. They were also good for working out. The only down side is that it has a button that I assumed would mute the call, but instead hangs up (on my samsung a920). The longer eargels feel kinda weird because they go into your ear. Either way, I highly recommend this, especially if you can find it for cheap.

[+] 6.0 They are decent except a lil weak in design
The gels fit a whole lot nicer then most earbuds, the part that goes over your ear can be a lil annoying if worn for a long period of time but its not that bad.Biggest problem for me and i have owned 2 pair of these headphones is the wiring. If you ever drop your phone or accidentally jerk the cord a few times you will end up with a short in the wire. When that occurs you only get sound out one headphone, the 2nd one will only work if you play with the wire but wont play consistently. If they could fix the weak wiring i would give it a better score, til then i shop for a replacement.

[+] 6.0 Good but not great
I purchased these for around $20USD. The dual jabra gels are nice, but the longer gels seemed to relay the sound better than the 'stubby' ones. I have since lost the long gels, thus forced into using the stubby ones until I can track down replacements. If you use a 'phone to standard 3.5mm adapter' don't expect the hands free button to work. I tested this on an smt5600 and a v3i with no success. If using for strictly music these are reasonable headphones at a good price(They stay seated in your ears while running as long as you keep the cord tucked). Bass is rather low, but overall decent sound quality for the price.

[+] 10.0 Excellent
This is an excellent product. I dont understand all of the bad ratings because I haven't had one problem with it yet. The sound quality is fine, not excellent but these are not $350 headphones, they're $30, so what do you expect. The part that inserts into your ear is very comfortable. So far no cons. Highly Reccomended.

[+] 8.0 Works Great
I have had this headset for about three weeks ago and use it with a Blackberry Pearl, mainly at the gym for mp3 playing. It has performed great, it's very comfortable and has good sound. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is for some reason they make one earpiece cord shorter to the earbud than the other. It is a little awkward but nothing major. A great benefit is the mic addition which allows you to listen to music and then take an incoming call seemlessly. I would highly recommend.

[+] 8.0 Pretty alright
I have an LG CU500 and this headset works pretty well. The bass isn't very good though and the volume isn't too loud but the latter may be the phone. The answer button works and the feel of the headset in my ears are almost non-existant. I am pretty satisfied mostly b/c it is functioning and the price is okay. If I had paid $80 or more, I would not be happy.

Sound is good on this headset but manufacturing quality very poor. Returned the first set because the connector came apart. The replacement set Amazon sent had the same problem which I decided to fix with super glue. I think I would look elsewhere for my next headset. [+] 10.0 So far, so great - for my VX 9800!
~UPDATE~

I've now owned my Jabra headset for about two weeks, and I still LOVE IT! I used my phone and this headset to provide my music for my workout, and the headset stayed put perfectly, and delivered above-average sound quality throughout the duration of my workout. In travelling through numerous airports over the holiday season, it was the perfect way to drown out incessant background airport noise. I LOVE this thing!

*~*

In my initial search for a headset for my phone, I was hoping to find a set that would give me good audio for my MP3s, as well as function well when I am on a call. As far as I can tell, after only owning this for a day, this headset more than adequately covers every requirement I had for it. I took a call yesterday on this, and had the call recipient complaining about the audio being too loud, which, to me, is a plus. I'm not stuck any more asking the standard "can you hear me now?" when on my cell phone using a hands-free set.

As far as the audio goes when listening to my MP3s, this definitely has stereo sound in my opinion, even if it is a bit lacking when it comes to bass. The volume and audio quality delivered by this Jabra headset beats the poor quality audio that I was used to listening to from the cheapie-cheapie off-brand headset I'd spent thirteen bucks for at my local CompUSA a few months back. Time and again, "you get what you pay for" has been proven to me to be true, and it seems to be the case once again here.

I wasn't even using my phone's MP3 feature prior to receiving this headset. Now that I've got it, and see what my phone's MP3 player feature is truly capable of, I'm definitely looking forward to putting it to use in my travels, and exercise activities. Jabra comes through for me once again!

[+] 8.0 Works great with my V360
I bought this headset to use for playing MP3s in stereo on my Motorola V360. I did not buy it to use for calls, since I already have a Motorola Bluetooth headset. The jack on my phone is monaural, and so I wasn't expecting true stereo sound out of it. I didn't notice any difference in quality between the two earpieces, and the volume was surprisingly loud over what I could get out of the speakerphone. It works great with my Nintendo DS too. As with any cellular accessory, it's important to check and make sure your phone is compatible. The only reason I'm knocking off one star is that for me the cord was a bit too short to reach when I had the phone in my pocket, but then I'm an exceptionally tall person.

I am using Jabra earbud since past 2 months and i am not much satisfied with this earbud. I am sure you can find good one in this price. Talk "on" and "off" button never work on my MDA phone. Sound is good and specially 2.5mm and 3.5mm pin feature is good.
Please don't buy if you have MDA phone.

[+] 8.0 Great for certain phones - TRUE STEREO
I owned a pair for 1 year that I bought for my VX8100 and they worked great for an in-the-ear headset. I accidentally left my old pair on a plane and am now purchasing a second set. I generally dislike earbuds, but like the fit and feel of how these securely fit. The bass is a little weak compared to larger headsets and an in-line volume control would be nice, but overall great and easy to roll up and put in the pocket. These are TRUE Stereo, so if your phone does not put out 2 channel audio they will not work correctly and you may get only a single side to play. Most 2.5MM headsets are mono out of both sides.

[+] 2.0 Not compatible
Does not work for listening to music with the cingular 8125. Only 1 channel works unless the button is pressed and then the 2nd channel is present only faintly.

[+] 8.0 Great headset for my LG phone
I have the LG VX8100 phone with MP3 capability. I was looking for a headset where I can (a) listen to music in both ears, (b) talk on my phone, and (c) has the hooks to the earbuds (because normal earbuds do not stay in my ears). The Jabra Stereo Earbuds fulfilled all of the above requirements.

The sound is very clear for both the music and talking on the phone. My only complaint is that the MP3s are too loud, even on the lowest setting on my phone (it's pretty quiet if I'm playing it through the speakerphones on my phone). I think it's due to the distribution of the earbuds (notice how the earbuds are irregular shaped - it funnels the sound out of the end of the earbuds).

Otherwise, I get clear sound through with this headset, and I'm very happy with it.

Follow up: I accidentally broke the shirt clip on the phone. I emailed the customer service department, and they quickly responded within the next business day, and my new clip is coming via UPS (no charge). They have great customer service support.

[+] 2.0 Not Compatable
Before purchasing this headset, be sure to test compatibility with your phone. Music through this headset was only audible through only one ear. the talk/hang-up button toggled sound in the other ear when held down but didn't perform any of the usual functions.

I was under the impression that there was some sort of headset standard, apparently that is not the case.

[+] 6.0 Jabra C220s - decent sound, not fully compatible
I bought these for my Motorola E815 phone, which has a built-in mp3 player. They are fine for listening to music, although bass response is somewhat lacking (could also be a product of playback from the phone). They will mute when a call comes in, however, the music does not resume at the end of the call. I have to open the phone, go back into the Sounds menu and start over again. Geeshhh. I guess I will have to buy the Motorola earbuds (HS120).

[+] 6.0 Good product, but sound quality fell short
After researching these headphones on Amazon and other places, I decided to buy because most earbud hurt like hell in my ears once I stuff them in far enough to get good sound quality.

These Jabra earphones came in the mail and I was excited to try them out. Initially they fit *very* comfortably, but I could tell that they didn't go into the ear as far as I had hoped even with the biggest gel adapter to get decent sound quality. After I plugged these eaphones into my vx8100 phone, they sounded "tinny" with barely any bass.

These headphones are for people who are looking for portability and not so much for sound quality. They stay on your ears very well, and if you are doing heavy activity, these are what you are looking for. Still, expect no bass sound out of these. I will probably keep them because they are very comfortable, and I expect to use them for working out and bicycling and they do allow you to still hear the outside world, which I think is important...especially when bicycling.

I read one review of these headphones being too loud. I did not experinece that problem at all.

[+] 2.0 Horrendous feedback
It's illegal to drive a car with earphones in both ears. This is why cellphone earsets are monaural (one ear). To make binaural (two ears) earphones for music that you can also use monaural on a cell phone, manufacturers have to do some tricks. Jabra's C220S is designed to have horrendous feedback if you try to use it binaurally with a microphone. Sennheiser's MM10 has an unique 4-conductor plug for use only with certain Motorola combo cellphones/MP3 players. The Plantronics MX100S has a simpler solution: two plugs. A standard 3.5mm stereo plug connects to any music player with a headphone jack; a standard 2.5mm plug connects to any standard cellphone. An in-line switch switches between the two. Simple, works perfectly. I use the MX100S with an anti-stuttering device that has both a 3.5mm headphones jack and a 2.5mm earset jack. I plug in both plugs and get binaural sound with the microphone. The microphone sound quality isn't as good as a boom microphone such as the MX150, but it's good enough. The earphones sound good. The rubber earclips hold the earphones in comfortably and securely, as good as the Jabra, and better than the Sennheiser. All in all, the MX100S works with no flaws, unlike the Jabra or the Sennheiser.

[+] 6.0 Plusses and minuses
I didn't have any of the problems with this headset that others listed here when using it with my Sendo X. You need to make sure that your phone requires a four-conductor plug and not the usual 3-conductor kind. The answer button and microphone worked perfectly. That said, I did have problems. While the gel pads fit my ears comfortably, a tiny shifting of the earpiece almost completely blocked off the sound. These headphones are also unbelievably sensistive - even on the lowest volume setting on my phone they were so loud that they hurt my ears. I would keep this headset if I they included an inline volume control, but unfortunately they don't.

[+] 6.0 You need an adapter (that ma not exist) for most phones
Cons:
Because it designed for 3 channels (left & right speakers, Microphone) on a 2.5mm plug it does not work any phone that was designed from 2 channels (single speaker, microphone). There is no adapter provided for people without the newest phones designed specifically for a 2.5mm 3 channel plug.

Hope this clears-up the issues everyone is having with Jabra's product.

Pros:
The ear buds are extremely comfortable.
It comes with an 3.5mm adapter to use with standard audio equipment.
Sound quality is excellent.
Microphone clarity and pickup is very good.

[+] 2.0 One Earbud Does Not Work
Not sure what the problem is. I checked it with both my phone and my mp3 player with the adapter - so it can't be the jack, it's the earbud. I'm sending it back for a replacement - we'll see.
