Kiddopotamus SwaddleMe Microfleece Large, Pink

Overall, this does the job to swaddle my 4 month old. However, she gets out of it easily and it just doesn't seem to work as well as the miracle blanket did. Too bad she outgrew it already....

Item arrived right on time. Looking forward to using it when our daughter arrive in a few weeks. Had one for my son and they relax the baby like a charm!

I love this blanket. It is by far the best blanket that I have purchased.
It is warm and keeps in place, unlike other blankets that get kicked off in the night. This blanket makes it easier to sleep for both baby and myself. I don't have to wake up as often to make sure the blanket is still on because I know that it is and you don't have to worry about waking up to find the blanket is over the babies face, Scary!! The only bad thing is the velcro is very loud and sometimes wakes the baby when trying to adjust the blanket or unwrap them...

My little girl loves this. We have uses Kiddopotamus Swaddleme since we brought her home from the hospital. She sleeps so much better all bundled up and I don't have to worry about her safety.

We received a SwaddleMe as a gift at the hospital. I wasn't sure if I'd use it--we didn't have one of these with my first daughter and she slept fine. Well, our newest addition turned out to not be the best sleeper. We swaddled her with blankets to start, and then I remembered the SwaddleMe and pulled it out. Once we got the hang of it, we swaddled that baby every night. She slept great! As she grew, I wondered what we would do about the swaddling because it was just not fitting that well anymore. I didn't realize that they made a larger size until I found it here on Amazon. I purchased two of the large sizes (my daughter is now almost 4 mos old), and they've been great. I love the micofleece because it's so cozy. The cotton knit one stretches more and she tends to get her arms loose easily in that one. The BEST gift for new moms and yourself if you need some sleep!

My husband and I would get so frusterated trying to swaddle with a blanket because our little one would kick out of the swaddle before we would even finish! these make swaddling much easier. Our baby, much like most babies, will hate being put into the swaddler, but once in, will drift right off to sleep, and sleep longer! Also, don't try to swaddle with arms out. At first we thought she liked her arms out, but the swaddler doesn't work that way, and she actually sleeps much better with her arms at her side inside of the swaddle.

It is super easy to use, holds them securely, and you don't have to be hassled with swaddling a blanket. Also , you can get it in a fleece which is great for the winter.

As far as wrapping the baby, this product is easy to use. But, the material does not breathe well. It kept our little girl so hot that sweat bullets in this thing. We had to stop using it. However, we might use it again when it gets really cold in the winter.

I had received two of Kiddopotamus Swaddlemes for my newborn and loved them so much I bought this one for camping.

My daughter is almost 6 months old and slept through the whole night wearing her new Swaddleme. She normally wakes up frequently because she kicks off her blankets. But last night, she didn't wake up once! I'm definitely going to get another one these!

These swaddlers calm a crying baby during the day and help them sleep at night! The tighter you wrap the better they sleep! Thank you Swaddleme!!!!!!

I swear by these swaddlers! I put my baby in it and she sleeps SOOOO well! It is also easy to calm her when we place her in her swaddler! Great item!

I think I ordered this too late. My daughter was already 3 months old. It's kind of confusing what hooks into where. I ended up using a blanket instead.

When my daughter was born, I didn't know about swaddling, and it would take me HOURS to get her to sleep! I would feed or rock her in my arms until she falls asleep, then put her in her crib... and she'd flail her arms, wake up and cry, and I had to start all over! What a nightmare!

Then I figured out that since her arms wake her, it would make sense to wrap her in something so she couldn't move them as much... so I started wrapping her in regular receiving blankets. It worked! It became much easier to get her to sleep. But then she wiggled out of those receiving blankets and wake up again.

When she was a little over a month old, somehow I came across SwaddleMe blankets on the Internet and immediately bought it. It worked great! It was so easy to wrap my daughter in it, and it stayed put. My daughter started sleeping so much better!

I wish I found those blankets sooner - it would've saved me from so many sleepless nights!

2 years later, my son was born, and thankfully I already knew about those blankets from the start. He goes to sleep great in the SwaddleMe blanket! Out of curiosity, I tried to put him to sleep without this blanket, and his arms wake him right away - exactly the same as my daughter!

I consider this blanket one of the most important baby items you could buy. It should be a must for a new mother who wants to get some sleep!

We have been swaddling our little girl since birth. We started off using just the receiving blanket but as she got bigger she would escape from it or kick her legs free and it would end up like a donut around her waist by morning. She still at 4 months sleeps better with her arms restrained so we have continued swaddling and the SwaddleMe is perfect for that. It's very easy to get her into but doesn't constrict her legs as much as the blanket used to.
My only complaint with the product is that there needs to be a large area for the velcro bears to attach to. To wrap it tight enough to hold her arms leaves the bottom bear with nothing to attach to. She may just be on the smaller side for this Large version but she had definately outgrown the Small one because she could no longer straighten her legs in it.

I received this as a gift for my shower. I had forgotten all about it. My baby was extremely collicky, and wouldn't sleep at night. I would be up until 3am EVERY NIGHT! After about a month, I was desperate...I pulled out the swaddle me and gave it a shot. Well...she slept all night, I jumped out of bed at 7am and ran into her room, I thought something was wrong! She was SNORING!!! Had I known that this product was a Godsend, I would've paid $100 bux for it!!! She is 4 months old now, and I've been swaddling her for the last 3 months, she sleeps 8-10 hours straight!! I just wish they made it in size medium. She's in the large now, and it's a bit big. She manages to get her arms out. But I love it anyway!!! She'll grow into it. BUY IT!!

I was given a Swaddle Me for my third child. She has been my only child that slept through the night at five weeks. My oldest did not sleep through the night until nine months and my second still does not. I owe it all to the Swaddle Me. But at three months she outgrew the small size. I thought she was old enough to go without swaddling, boy was I wrong. It took me a month of sleepless nights to purchase the larger size. I have had my large Swaddle Me for two weeks and have had two nights of trouble since then. Thank you Swaddle Me for helping me keep my sanity.

Within the first two days home after the hospital, I realized I needed more of these! So, my parents went out and bought a couple of each (cotton, mircrofleece, and flannel). My baby definitely preferred the microfleece. It fits the most snugly of the three and didn't shrink like the flannel one. The fabric has a little give and she wasn't able to break free like she was with the cotton one. The cotton ones are also a bit larger in circumference. Overall, the Swaddle Me is very soothing and it greatly improved the quality of sleep for baby and me!

This is wonderful! My 3 month old has been sleeping 8-9 hours a night for the last month or so thanks to this! We had the smaller one when she was newborn & thank goodness they make it larger. She always seemed to big to swaddle in blankets, she would work herself free but this is very soothing to her. I would recommend it to any new parent!

This ia a convenient way to wrap your baby so they can feel secure. Just as snug as they were in moms tummy. Yes you can use a blanket to swaddle them as well. But, this swaddle me blanket is very quick, easy and snug for your baby and puts them right to sleep.

My daughter does not sleep the same with out hers. I wish they made an Extra Large version because she is on the verge of out growing hers! I also love that there are two different weights- cotton and fleece!

Our daughter loved being swaddled and we DID have blankets that did the trick, but we liked the idea of it being a little easier and more secure thanks to the velcro. I lookd all over the we and read a lot of reviews. I had first chose the Miracle Blanket but returned it as soon as it arrived and I bought the Swaddle Me - much better!! The fleece is super soft and warm - I am ordering the cotton one for daytime swaddling. One point - the sizes - they never mention the weights it covers. The small is NB-14 pounds and the Large is 15 and up. My daughter is 13.12 and she does fine with the Large - and she will grow into it. I found no issues with the velcro being scratchy - nothing like that.

I wish I knew about this swaddling blanket before I gave birth to my baby. It significantly cuts down the amount of time of struggling and fumbling with a regular blanket. My baby girl is almost 4 months old now and still loves to be swaddled. We could not have gone through the night without it. I do recommend having more than one.

I have to admit that I thought this was a silly product. My girlfriend brought over a basket of goodies the day we came home from the hospital and the SwaddleMe was in it. After being up too long with the baby at midnight, I opened the gift basket and pulled out the SwaddleMe. Our daughter is just a few days old and besides being a big baby she can also wiggle out of those small receiving blankets. The SwaddleMe has been great. We have to wake her after 4 hours to eat. She is sleeping great and isn't wiggling out. I ran out to BRU today and bought a backup. Great Product!! Must Have!!

This is a must have for new parents, my daughter had the tendency to startle herself awake but after we started using the swaddle me, she was sleeping 6 hours at a stretch at the age of 4 weeks. She is now outgrowing her newborn swaddle me so I have "upgraded" to a larger size since we can't do without it!

We'd registered for the SwaddleMe after I saw it in a magazine. We should have taken it to the hospital with us, but instead we started using it the first night our daughter came home. After 3 nights, she started practically sleeping through the night - just one feeding which she sometimes didn't wake up for. Now, at 3 weeks old, she sleeps for 6-7 hours at a stretch at night, which I give the SwaddleMe most of the credit for!

This blanket is a life saver. We stopped swaddling our little one with a blanket a few weeks after she was born because she would just wiggle out of it and she got too big for all of our blankets. This blanket makes swaddling very easy, and because of the velcrow, almost impossible for baby to wiggle out of. And after weeks of thinking our baby had colik, we finally discovered she just wasn't sleeping enough. Someone recomended swaddling her before rocking her to sleep and it really works like a charm. She no longer wakes herself up when she twitches in her sleep, which means she sleeps more often and for longer periods of time. And thanks to this sleep, we finally have a happy baby instead of a cranky one! I suggest buying 2!

I first got this because I thought it would be easier for my husband to swaddle our new baby & not for me because I can use receiving blankets. Well once she grew into it (my daughter was only 5lbs) she loved it much more than the blankets--it is warmer and doesn't come undone and she is now stronger and can get her arms out of the blankets but can not do that with the "swaddle me". It is relatively inexpensive and so handy that I just bought another tonight so we have one when the other is in the wash.
