the keyboard feet always break
This is the second time the keyboard feet have broken. The worst part is they can't send you replacement feet, you have to send the entire thing back and then they send you a new one. others have had this same problem. Based on my experience, I would avoid this product.

Good for the price
If you are going to use this keyboard every day for hours, get something else.
However this is a good wireless keyboard for occasional use.
I rated the construction quality 3/5 since its not exactly heavy duty and feels that way.
Functionally they are good.

Customer Support - Not so much!
The first of these that I bought, the feet that holds the keyboard up at an angle broke within two months. This was NOT from hard use. I got a second one by persistence with their customer support. The second one I have had for a year or so and the same thing happened with the feet. Customer support tells me there are no replacement parts for this and since mine is now out of warranty, I'm out of luck. Now I can either lean the thing on a book or buy a new one. I'm going to buy a new one - I promise you it won't be Logitech. If they are going to have cheap flimsy parts that fall apart with normal use, the least they could do is provide replacements. As for other factors, it operated adequately, burned through batteries at a prodigious rate and never did have the feel that is really comfortable. I may have been generous in my star ratings.

Some trouble with Windows 7, but functional
The keyboard and mouse have a decent touch and appropiate sensitivity. My only complaint about this inexpensive, functional set is that I still get an "Incompatibility Issue with Windows 7" message when I start my Windows 7 computer, even after I downloaded the recommended software from Logitech. However, everything seems to function properly and there have been no additional problems.

Logitech should be Ashamed
I am an IT professional who has purchased many hardware items for over 30 years. This may be the most surprising for two reasons:
1. The number of good reviews it gets.
2. Logitech, generally known for good devices, would brand its name on this unit.
Construction - is poor however on par with the price point.
Keys - very poor and a cheap feel to them.
Range - now here's where it falls flat to the unacceptable level. I contacted Logitech about the range which is only about 4 feet. To my shock and amazement, Logitech states this is the acceptable operating range of this unit. This was confirmed by their own website:
[...]
Now, if someone needed a max range of only 4 feet, wouldn't a corded model do?
Conclusion - Logitech should simply be embarrassed of putting it's name on this one. It tarnishes an otherwise good reputation.

Cordless Keyboard and Mouse
The keyboard and mouse support basic functions with KVM switch that has PS2 ports. All other cordless models only specify USB connections. I do not use the advanced features. Two small physical limitations: 1) The mouse cable requires a USB/PS2 adapter (supplied) that extends the connection. In my case, this means that the cable connector extends from the wall an extra 2 inches. 2) Neither the keyboard nor the mouse have switches to turn power off, which results in a shorter battery life. I have noted that the power to the mouse remains on continuously. The keyboard has no indicator that the power is on or off.

Keyboard and mouse work great
This keyboard and mouse combo works great for basic use. The only issue that I find is the battery life is at least every couple of months. I use this in my office usually and I find the mouse and keyboard work well.
I am really tired of seeing reviews for wireless keyboards and mice where the reviewer is using a regular keyboard and mouse to do gaming and then giving crappy reviews of the device. Most of the low reviews I find on this device are users trying to use this product to game. Unless the wireless keyboard and mouse are specifically for gaming (which this product is not for) don't complain if it does not work well when you are playing PC games or any game that takes a lot of PC RAM and video card memory.

Cheap and Reliable
Purchasing this keyboard was just to replace one that I already had of the exact same make and version. I love this keyboard to death and I found nothing wrong with the switching around of the Home, End, Page Up, Page Down and Delete keys. I especially adore the Go Back and Stop buttons on the left side that I use for explorers. Then there are the music play/pause, stop, back and forward keys that make it much easier when listening to music to control things without having to go back and forth between the music player and what I'm doing. I also find the Email, Home and Calculator keys to be really useful and quicker. Without these features I'd get impatient and cranky.
I might have opted to try to newer version of this keyboard, the LX310 but wasn't willing to shell out more money for something I wasn't quite sure about. The mouse seems to work well enough and I don't have any real complaints to state here.
Overall the quality could be better but you get what you pay for and this isn't something that's $100+ so I'm okay with it. Unless this thing starts giving me real trouble in the future I don't see the point in going for something much more expensive.

Logitech Cordless Desktop Review
The item arrived promptly! It is in excellent working condition!! The price was inexpensive!!! Thanks! :-)
The keyboard works great, but the mouse in this combo is garbage. The connection is tenuous at best, and you find yourself often having to reset it just to get it to move the cursor. Speaking of moving the cursor, when it does move, it is jerky, and often just jumps back to the lower left hand corner of the screen for no apparent reason. The reaction time to mouse clicks is horrible, if it even responds at all, and renders this piece of junk worthless. I finally gave up on this glorified laser mounted paper weight and reconnected my USB mouse. Why is it that Microsoft, predominately a software company, can make a wireless X-Box controller than works perfectly from across the room, while Logitech, who specializes in controller hardware, can't make a wireless mouse that actually works from a distance of 3 feet?

Nice set, easy to setup and use. It is very nice looking too. I use it for my Acer notebook when it is connected to my television. Very cool.
I'm very happy with these items.
Though this product is cheap and is functional.I am disappointed in it overall. Like one of the reviewers mentioned, the keys have an overall cheap feel to it. It is not solidly built from the sound of it when you type. The space bar is not sensitive that I have to hit it hard for it to take effect. I have been typing sentences without spaces in between words. I am also not impressed with the mouse. It is a very old model one which is chunky and does not have a good feel to it. I am planning on returning it.

Logitech cordless keyboard/mouse
This product works well, both the keyboard and mouse. Have been using for about a month with no problems. Setup was easy. The only feature missing is lights on the keyboard, but not a big deal.
The keyboard simply does not work further than a few feet away from the receiver. The mouse has longer range, but it is a bit clunky in use.

Good, Solid Keyboard and Mouse
This setup was priced very attractively, something that caught my attention at Amazon. I ended up buying the set and I am in love with it. The keyboard is very very quiet and the mouse works just as well as any I've ever had before. Very low clutter on my computer desk and I don't think that it's possible to beat this set's quality for the price - - it has everything you'd expect it to.

Disappearing Keys
I am currently using this keyboard and it's got the same problem as the Logitech keyboard before it: the writing is coming off the keys. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone else think that Logitech's quality control is in the dumper? I'd always been a big fan of Logitech products...you could count on them. No more. Both of these keyboards had the paint coming off the keys very soon after I purchased them. Except this time I'm not going to be suckered in to purchasing a new one just because I can't see half the keys anymore. I'm painting them in with White-out. And when I do need another one, guess what it WON'T be. Come on Logitech...stop going cheap on us.

Works fine but keyboard hard to see
I've been using a Logitech mouse for a few years and I've had good luck with it. Whoever invented the cordless optical mouse ought to get some kind of international award! I've been using this new keyboard for about a week now and I've gone back to my ancient (11 year old) keyboard. My problem with the Logitech keyboard is that it's black with small silver characters. In dim light I simply cannot see them. My old one is off-white with larger black characters. Highly visible! Secondly, the new keyboard lies at a much flatter angle to my desk and I just don't like the configuration. So I'm giving this review 3 stars because while it works OK, it just doesn't work for me.

I USE IT MAINLY WHEN MY MAC BOOK is connected to my TV.

You get what you pay for
The mouse stopped working a week after I received it. The cursor skipped and jumped, and changing the batteries didn't seem to help. The keyboard: key placement was awkward, the keys are smaller than previous models I've used, and there is a weird squeaking noise when typing. I used it for 2 weeks and just couldn't get used it. I have switched back to my old corded keyboard and mouse.

Easy to install, great convienience
I bought this about a month back. I received the product in 3-4 business days (w/ Super Saver Shipping).
Installed the receiver using the PS2 adapters, installed the included batteries, started the computer and the keyboard/mouse combo was good to go. Didn't even have to sync it as mentioned in the instructions. Had to install the included s/w to use the customized buttons.
The range is pretty good. I usually operate it from about 8-10 feet from the receiver. The feel of the keys is good. Mouse is a simple 2 button mouse with scroll; does its job well.
Mouse and keyboard work very well. Wish the keyboard had a caps lock indicator light but other than that it has exceeded my expectations for such a low price. Got rid of cable clutter on my desl.

Right product for the right price
I bought this product because it was exactly what I needed in the price-range I was looking for (on sale for less than $30)...and it was a Logitech product. It did not disappoint. I use it for my living room media PC, and it does exactly what I need it to do. The wireless sensor has a cord long enough to place it pretty much anywhere on your entertainment center. I have not experienced any problems with the wireless range. I typically have it placed 8 to 10 feet from the sensor but have gone as far as 15 feet away with no loss of function. The keyboard and mouse buttons are more old-school hard-click style rather than the more smooth clicks on more recent products. I wholeheartedly endorse this product if you're a casual user or using your PC to watch streaming media on your tv. For gamers, I'd recommend going a step higher, but this product would still serve your purpose.
This keyboard is awesome, i can use it virually anywhere around my computer. I even dont need a mouse pad when i use it on the couch. I am a big gamer and the keyboard has held up so far. Not to sure on the battery life but i use the keyboard about 7 hours a day every day. Sleak and silent desin. the keyboard is beautiful and when i use a keyboard on another computer it anoys me. the product is amazing and definately worth the buy 5 stars, if i could give it a million i definately would

Made for elves with small hands
I recently replaced a Microsoft cordless keyboard with this unit. So far, I'm not all that enthused about it. Mostly because of the compact keyboard layout. You would think that all keyboards are of a roughly similar size in terms of the size of the keys and how close or far apart they are laid out. Not so, when it comes to the EX110... My advice: try it before you buy it.

good for the price
This is not the most ergonomic keybourd but it works much better than the wireless keyboard that came with my HP computer. Can't beat it for the price
I bought this item for my father. He hooked it up and started using it within mins. The only thing that is bad is that the instuctions state that you must keep the receiver away from the monitors. If you have a normal size desk with two monitors this will be a problem and give you cuts in the signal.

Decent Keyboard/Mouse, But not Bluetooth
Considering the price (with rebate), I am impressed with the quality of this combination package. The keyboard feels good, the mouse works well, and the wireless set-up eliminates desktop clutter. However, the range of this wireless transmitter (not bluetooth) is fairly short... this was evident when I attempted "sofa surfing" on a large screen TV. I am still looking for a keyboard with better range, for that application.

Logitech For Life
Logitech is great! I have the comparable Microsoft Wireless Keyboard and mouse. They both work fine at a short range, but the Logitech model works much much better from 10 - 15 feet away. The Microsoft product misses key strokes and mouse movements at that range. This was important to me because my PC is hooked up to my TV... and i use my keyboard from my couch. The Logitech product works like a charm! Don't worry about the reviews saying the mouse seems on the cheap side. It may be a tiny bit smaller than the Microsoft model... but it works much better. What is more important to you? Also I noticed the Microsoft receiver must be put far away from other wires and electronic devices. Its signal is interfered with easily. Logitech model seems much better in that aspect.

Another great Logitec product
I have been using Logitech products for a long time and am no doubt somewhat biased by the invariably positive experience of owning and using Logitech devices. The EX110 cordless desktop represents excellent value and performance.

Great value, easy set up, great keyboard, but a better mouse is out there!
I bought this to replace my Labtec Media Wireless Desktop Keyboard & Mouse Set 925426-0403, which I had purchased over a year ago, when it lost a battle w/ a spilt bottle of water.
This time I wanted easier set-up, good value (the other one still costs nearly twice as much), and a mouse that worked better(I had given up on the Labtec mouse early on, but the keyboard "had me at hook-up").
Well, this delivers on all of them - but more so on the value and easy set-up - plus, it's spill resistant! Set-up easily allowed me to tailor those extra buttons on both the keyboard and mouse to do what I wanted with them (many of which I'd never used before), and literally took minutes.
The mouse isn't as sluggish as my last one - but nor is it as precise as a connected one. (I've since bought a Logitech MX600 Laser Cordless USB-PS/2 Mouse(Silver/Black) for work - which is the best wireless mouse I've ever used and has an easier set up than even this one.)
I do wish it had a "battery alert" to let me know when the batteries are running low on the keyboard like my last "high end" one did. But, after a month of continuous use the batteries are still running strong.
All in all , you can't go wrong with the value/quality combo on this set. And, if you're not playing games or designing very precise items with it - the mouse is above average for a wireless. You can even leave your "connected mouse" connected for more precise work - and the wireless one will continue to work when you want a little more freedom (or access to those customized buttons) on less intensive projects.
The mouse is great but the keyboard is very fragile. It was cheap but I expected something better from Logitech.
Logitech Cordless Desktop EX110 (967561-0403)
I have had this product for over 45 days now and it works great. Im still on the set of batteries that came with it! I would tell you not to waste your money on a more expensive set as I don't feel it is needed.
