Mic not good. Many on the calls could not hear my voice clearly. Finally bought another headphone.

Not using this anymore.

The headset works and is comfortable. Have no negative comments. Worth the money I paid.

Well worth the less than $10 (including shipment) I paid for one of these. Might have been e bay. Can't remember! ;0) Panasonic makes good quality stuff, generally.
The only downside, and it's minor is the incoming volume. A bit low, because the set sits on the ear, not around or in it. I would give it like, 4.5 out of 5 stars if I had the option, so I rounded up! You can still hear well enough, and the quality is very good. The most important thing is EVERYONE CAN HEAR ME!! ..Loud and clear, unlike sets I tried that only go a few inches from your ear or so. Had to constantly yell. Would not bother with those, like the Jabras if I was you. HAS to have a boom.
Next to the outbound clarity, the price, as I said.

I'm still using the first one that I bought. I've got five, one for each phone in my home and one in my car for my cell phone. I've given or sent one to every friend to whom I make lengthy phone calls. To a person, everyone loves their headset and has recommended it to their friends and family. They often don't believe me when I tell them how inexpensive the headsets are.

I have a size 7 3/4 head and I've never had an issue with breakage in the headband, and putting it on and off one-handed in a moving car is a chore.

Try one, you'll find you want more so you don't need to track down the one you just used.

This is a great headset at a super price, since at Radio Shack, a favorite store of mine, a similar one was $30. I bought four to have extra ones around the house, since it is such a good product.

Ordered this for use with a PC but the plugin was wrong (meant for a standard phone jack).

Amazon free shipping program is so poor I actually never received the product. Therefore I didn't have a chance to use it.

This headset replaced an existing headset of a different brand which worked fine. This headset is much more sensitive in receiving and I'm able to reduce the volume and still hear quite adequately.

...but I wouldn't know for sure. The Panasonic phone I ordered with the headset doesn't provide a jack for a headset.

The people I talk to hear me...clearly. There is no feed back[can't hear what I'm saying] when connected to the Panasonic KX-TG1033S hand set. Takes a little while to get used to...but it's a very good product.

I'm so happy I got this headset. I have a Motorola Razr phone, and I at first bought a headset that is meant for the Razr, but it was horrible-- very poor sound quality. So, I decided to buy this one along with a little adapter to make it fit into my phone: Motorola Mini OEM Original RAZR V3, V3c, V3m, V3i, V3t, V3e, V3r, SLVR L7, L6, L2, L7c PEBL U6, KRZR K1m, K1 USB to 2.5mm Headset Audio, and it's a perfect situation. Great sound quality and my phone recognizes it. Plus, it was amazingly cheap. This one's kind of a no-brainer because of the price. I just bought another one for my dad.

*Edit* One caveat of using this with the Razr: If I leave the headset plugged in, the phone will randomly pick up noises in the environment and think I'm giving the voice command to call someone. It's called a few people that way, which can be embarrassing.

I bought this for the same reason that everyone else does - so that I can be on a call and still take notes, etc. The fit of the headset is a bit snug and the adjustment does not help a lot. Ear pad is covered in some sort of 'pleather' material that is warm when on the ear for any extended period. I am sure this will not be very comfortable in the summer months. My only frame of comparison is a Plantronics set that I used at work for several years. There IS no comparison really! I guess that for the price, you can't expect too much, so I gave this 2 stars for that reason alone. Everyone that I talk to says that my voice is reasonably clear and I can hear pretty well in the speaker of the set. All the same, I think that next time I will just go back to Plantronics.

I needed a headset in a hurry and this was delivered in just a few days. I am sooo glad I bought this one! It fits my head perfectly and the cushioned ear piece is quite comfortable. The sound quality is excellent. It's very sturdy and fits either ear. A very good value for the price! I recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good quality head set.

The other reviews are correct. This is an excellent headset, it's comfortable, the sound qualty is excellent, at both ends and it is sturdy too. Add the fact that it costs just a few bucks and there is no reason to buy any other headset, this just does what it says it will.

I was looking for something to help my fiance her friends always call at night and she talks to them for hours on end. she always has her head cocked to the side. well with this she's perfectly happy and so am I.

I received this item quickly in the mail. I have used it nearly everyday and I really like it. It free up my hands and I can continue to do things without holding the telephone between my shoulder and the side of my head with a hurting neck.
The sound quality is good and it is fairly comfortable. I enjoy it and the price was very reasonable. I would suggest it to anyone that has a need for it.

This is a great headset at a moderate price. I took out one star as I find it a little on the tight side, as it sits on my head -- perhaps I have a big head ... :-) Performance has been pretty flawless. The ear pad is quite comfortable.

i had a different model same brand that only lasted a few months. Here's hoping this one will last longer.

Got this with a 2-line Panasonic phone, because it was a "recommended" accessory and I needed to replace an older Plantronics set. Headset comfort is extremely subjective, of course, but I found this one difficult to wear for an extended period. Just didn't "feel right". This was the first of two headsets I've bought recently, the other one, a newer Plantronics, had an impedance mismatch with the phone but was also uncomfortable. As I said in another review, when you're tethered to one of these for 10 hours or more a day comfort becomes a big deal. Maybe there are some things you just can't shop for mail order, at least without trying them out in person first.

I have owned a few of these and I really like them. I did have one break on me. The wire must have pulled away from the connection. Still, it lasted quite a while before breaking and always worked very well. Through the earpiece I hear the other party perfectly and it sounds great. Unfortunately, the other party often complains that I sound like I am in a tunnel, and people generally prefer it when I speak without the headset. I don't know if this is a flaw in my Panasonic cordless phone or in the headset, and I'm not sure if a different model headset would improve the quality for the people on the other end. In general though, I really like this product and use it all the time. Since it is so cheap I even own an extra unopened one just in case my current one breaks. I have plugged this into my cell phone on occasion and it has also worked fine as a headset for that.

Yea, I'm one of those who still uses a non-Bluetooth cell phone, but I refuse to give up a phone that has served me well for so many years and withstood all sorts of punishment (accidentally dropped a number of times) but kept on ticking.

I needed a headset for hands-free operation when driving my car, and I tried one of those earbud headsets. Audio quality was terrible for those, and I could barely hear a thing. So I said the heck with it and bought this Panasonic headset instead-- I knew Panasonic has always made good-quality headsets, and I wasn't disappointed. Audio is loud and clear, and the mic works great too.

The headset needs something to screen out background noise. It picks up radio transmissions. My old one did not. And, making a headset for both ears would be more comfortable.

I received the Panasonic KX-TCA60 Headset a few weeks ago and am quite pleased with it. Prior to purchasing it I read a number of purchaser reviews who, for the most part, found the headset just what they wanted. A very small number of reviewers grumbled about what they thought was flimsy construction and thus, questionable durability. Perhaps they wanted a headset to use in an Abrams tank. For me the "flimsy" construction makes it pleasantly feather light. There have been absolutely no durability problems, and the price was attractive. In other woids: I'm pleased

It works. It works well. It works with more than one brand portable phone. It's adjustable. It's comfortable. People can hear me without having the microphone against my teeth which is what is required of the Plantronics headset.

Purchase through Amazon was flawless, with a quick delivery. This headset transforms both my Panasonic phones and my cell phone into perfect devices for communicating in a comfortable fashion. The headset also amplifies the sound, so this should be great for hearing-impaired folks. The clarity in hearing and speaking is both surprising and tremendous: I never knew my phones had it in them. I've been using this for about 6 months with no problems & love it. I'm using with a panasonic portable phone and also my cell phone occasionally. Sound quality is great on both. At first it was a little tight for my big head but it has loosened up and now I don't even notice it. I'd give it 5 stars if it was a little more adjustable.

I bought this based on the reviews I read here and just want to add that the reviews are right. It's a great little headset, especially for the price. I work at home a lot and sometimes a speaker phone is just not enough. I like that this works on both my Panasonic handheld (landline) and my Blackberry. I have a BT headset for my blackberry, but this is definitely much more clear,

After going through 2 other headsets which left the people at the other end barely able to hear me, this product finally did the job it's supposed to do..! Thank goodness! I never had any idea it would take so much effort to get a working headset.. and this one was cheaper than the others as well- trust me, this is the best bet.

I use this Panasonic headset with my AT&T EP5995 - 5.8GHz Expandable Cordless Answering System with Dial-In-Base Speakerphone. The headset gives good-quality sound -- both receiving, and transmitting through the attached microphone. It comes in especially handy when I take a phone call while working in the kitchen. I've had the headset only a few weeks -- but so far, no complaints.

There is no volume adjustment but no problem, just use your phones volume control. I can hear everyone speak clearly and everyone can also hear me clearly. Nice adjustable microphone and headband.

When talking on my wireless or cell around the house, I prefer an over-the-head headset. My previous one broke so I bought this. Nothing fancy, but it does just what I wanted.

I can definitely tell the difference between headset volume and handset volume. Listeners ask me to speak louder. Satisfactory for the cost, but should be better on volume.

Have no problems with this headset. Received it a couple of weeks ago and I can hear clearly and can also be heard clearly. Feels more comfortable on my head than my previous model.

Summary: Excellent headset for the money. But, I have had a couple with wires failing over 3 to 9 months of daily use at work. This headset is equal to Plantronics M201C. Switching the mike amp on with the 201c does increase volume a little, but isn't as clear. The Panasonic TCA80 (foldable) does not sound a good on the other end, not as crisp, but it is still acceptable.

Side note: With three bluetooth headsets, of varying reported quality, I realized that you just don't get the same quality that hard wired ones give you. Primarily, the difference is in how good you sound on the other end.

Bought this along with the Panasonic phones and love it. Great for use on the phone chasing & carrying a toddler around!

I love it. Easy to use, works as promised, priced right, a winner all round. I bought it so that I could use my mouse and the phone at the same time. Perfect. And inexpensive. It's great, no problems.

I've owned this model head set for several years and it works perfectly with my Panasonic phone. This was an exceptional value through Amazon so I bought three.

I have frequent voice conferences which can be up to 4 hours long. This headset is very comfortable, has good volume levels on mic and mono earpiece. It is also reversible so you can swap ears mid-conference by swinging the mic over the headband, which I find a very nice feature. I've owned one for over 6 months and it is indispensable to me.

This product had mixed reviews between really good and not so good. I didn't let that change my mind. I am very happy with this product and would purchase it again. It works great with the phone that I purchased. The headset is very comfortable to wear.

The sound quality is very good. The earphones and the microphone are comfortable and adjustable.

I bought these to use with my cordless phone and I'm disappointed by their performance. I can usually hear the other person fine but I am constantly being told that they can't hear me. When I take the headset off and use the same phone however, they can hear me just fine. I wouldn't buy these again.

I bought this item to use with skype. It installed really easily, just plugged it in and Microsoft did everything else. I have had problems with the microphone not picking up my voice but i think that may be a skype problem. i have always had problems with skype'n to other countries but seem to have little problems with the actual headset. overall, good buy for the price.

This headset works great with our new Panasonic phones (KX-TG9333). Love the phones as well - got them at WalMart. They are the best phones I've ever had and probably ever will have. My husband offices from home and he uses the headset every day.

In side-by-side testing this headset delivered noticeably better sound quality than the similarly priced unit from Plantronics. Not sure how much difference there can be between two inexpensive headsets, but the difference was clear. If the earpiece foam hadn't fallen off (once in one month, not a huge deal), it would be a 5.

Works great! Easy to store, takes abuse, like the bendable mike and the way the headset fits on my head and doesn't mess up my hair.

Every time my headset gets a little worn I want to try a new headset in search of the ultimate headset. I have been sorely disappointed with every other headset (maybe 20+ headsets)which is mind-boggling including Plantronics $400+ cordless headsets - price being no object. It is like a ritual, that always leads me back to this headset. I don't work for Panasonic and have no affiliation, but I want everyone to continue buying this headset so when my six pack purchase wears out they will continue to build this unit. I have everyone in the office using this unit and will lead the charge like Hillary for Barack - maybe a bad example. For $12-$15 there is no better unit at any price ... period. If anyone has a recommendation PLEASE let me know in this review area.
