SanDisk SDSDB-1024-A10/11 1 GB Secure Digital Card (Retail Package)

Good inexpensive card and works well; however the "ultra" is faster and 1GB is not really enough.

SD Card works great for my older game camera. Most of the SD cards in the stores are 2GB minimum, which would not work in my game camera. Thanks for offering the 1GB style.

The card was only $9, however the time it takes to process the image to return in the LCD monitor is very slow...and if I take several shots in a row -- the wait is painful.

Less plastic might be good sometimes but this SD card package comes without the plastic protective case. I have received the case with the "retail package" in the past. Now the product is shipped like the bulk product. This saves SanDisk but it would be nice to have something to store the card in when not in use.

i bought a trailcam that needed a 1gb card (hard to find} i went to Amazon and found them right away cheap.Thanks Amazon I will check there first next time i am in need

As technology moves forward, it seems to get harder to find what we need at local stores. They move out or discontinue the older stock to make room for the new. Thats whats so great about shopping on line. I drove around for a week looking for this item to no avail. Went on line and there it was. I could have saved time and gas if I'd shopped here first. I needed this memory card for my digital camera and found many choices on Amazon.com. Ordered it and had it in the camera in just over a week. The card is brand new. Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect!

The memory card works but it gives my computer fits...locks it up.
Seems to have to be inserted just right...I would not purchase another from this manufacturer.

Great price, especially for a SanDisk. One thing that was different was the packaging, a bit 'greener' than others I've purchased in the past. Glad to see the manufacturer is cutting back on plastic. Why do they need so much packaging anyway?

You cannot go wrong with Sandisk memory. Where several other brands have failed, Sandisk works in my Ipaq. The price was right and the delivery was very quick. I will be ordering Sandisk in the future when I need more memory.

This is a great purchase that I made. very handy. I think it allows 500 pictures. You can't beat that for the price. At the time I purchased a couple of them. I see now that I didn't need to. Because it allows so many pictures. And I dont take that many pictures. Well I'll keep it all the same. This is a great buy.

You can't go wrong with this card, simply because it works with almost any product that accepts SD cards. However, check the file size of the photos you take, because you may need more than 1GB of storage. Also, note that Retail Package means the card simply comes in a plastic protective case - nothing else!

I wanted to purchase a SanDisk for an upcoming trip to make sure I have plenty of memory for photos. After doing some research I purchased from this company because of the great price. I also got fast delivery time. I have tried the disk - works fine in my camera. Great company, would definitely do business with them again.

Got this for use with an older digicam that isn't compatible with large SD cards. Worked like a charm, and the bright side of the memory limitation of the older camera is that with fewer pixels per shot, the 1GB card can hold tons of photos.

I bought this for my Polaroid camera, and it works perfect. It gives me 300+ more pictures to take. When I record a video, it uses up pictures as the amount of minutes as the video.

Good product to use for about anything especially cameras.

I purchased this with a digital camera. And while storing precious pictures is my main use - I also use it like a flash drive to transfer data between computers. These are small enough to stick a few in my wallet or computer bag if I'm on the go and can hold hundreds of pictures!

The only memory cards I use are sanDisk and I have never had any problems. I recommend all SanDisk products.

Great buy for the money, lots of pics of good quality can be stored (I use it in my camera). Now larger capacity available, but still great.

I got the SanDisk instantly, or so it seemed, at a tiny price. It reassured me that I could take as many pictures as I liked on vacation in Europe (I had three disks along).

This card holds more images than I need and the brand has always proven to be a good purchase.

I purchased this item and did not receive the item due to USPS failure to deliver to my home. The item was returned. I re-purchased the same item and paid the UPS fee to deliver the item but it was once again sent through USPS which does not deliver to my home. Frustrating and coastly with out getting this item. Poor results.

This memory card Has plenty of space on it to last you for a while, I have stored tons of long movie shots on my digital camera with this memory card. this memory card can take over 2000 2048x1536 resolution pictures, over 6500 on 1280x1024 resoulution, and over 10000 on 640x480 resolution! This memory card was much much more than I needed, and I am very happy with it's quality.

good card, cheap and always has worked well no matter what device I pop it into.

Not bad, would buy again and again, allthough when I use it on my PC it makes my PC stall, when I use an original Sony my PC works fine.

A 10-foot fall to the floor would hurt. 2000 G's would leave less than a greasy smear. Think about it, if a 150lb person was exposed to a force of gravity 2000x greater, they would weigh 300,000lbs. On the same frame, in the same amount of "material". A 2000G shock, or impact, would create worse damage as that entire force would be centered on the spot impacted instead of distributed across the item.

Maybe they just don't have a clue about physics. Maybe they are flat out lying. I suspect the latter...

I bought this card 1 month ago for my camera and it works perfect. There has been no glitches or issues with the space being used. The disk was packaged well and true to its model number it worked with my camera flawless. The camera is in constant use and everytime Ive gone to get my pictures developed the machines have read my SanDisk card perfectly

I purchased this card for my girlfriends digital camera. It holds over 800 photo's and works perfectly. We have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend if looking for a basic SD card.

I use this in my iPaq PDA. Works great, gives me more than enough storage.

666 pictures! That is how many will store in 1GB on a Nikon S 5. What's good about that? You'll find that one picture----that has what you want to see. Email it 7,000 miles overseas same day!

Not much to say, I use it in my digital camera and it works great. Easily fits into my Canon Pixma printer to transfer to my 'puter, iphoto.

After minimal use, the file system on this card got corrupted. I was able to fix the file system (losing all of the data). I would not use this card again for any applications where reliability is required or to store original data.

Unbelievable price for Sandisk quality. Buy this and you won't be displeased. Much cheaper than in retail stores (would recommend buying other products to reduce shipping costs using SuperSaver).

Complaint: as with most electronic storage media, 1.0GB is the advertised storage, but in reality the size is roughly 850-950mb.

personally, 1Gb Sd card is the best choice for my 7.2MP camera, why.? because with a resolution of 1600x1200, u can take about 400 pictures... and that's more than enough for me,.. with a lower resolution u can take over 2000 photos... but u pay quantity with resolution..

by the way... this is a good choice.. for those u want to spend a lot of time taking pics without having problems of running out of memory....

This card works like a dream. I use it to store almost everything including uploaded videos and photos made on my cell. And the transfer time is pretty fast. I have another that holds only about 128mb which works great also. But the 1 gig allows me to backup much more stuff. And the price can't be beat. I plan to purchase the card with 2 or more gigs now. It costs a little extra but definitely worth it.

Product was as advertised and received in good condition and in a timely manner, but the shipping charges were outrageous for two little SD disks. I can only assume that the shipping charges are used to make up for the low advertised selling price. This makes comparison shopping a farce without prior knowledge of the shipping charges.

bought the 1.0 GB memory card to go along with the Canon A630 camera......seems to work very well.....and the price was reasonable...

I purchased this when the price was right. The cost of these SD memory cards have since come down considerably. I find this card works just fine in my digital camera. Although other manufacturers advertise fast speed memory for cameras, I doubt that anyone needs faster speed than this Sandisk SD memory card delivers. I marvel at this modern technolgy...sure beats the old negative photos.

Can't beat this price...and it does its job. I'm glad I got this card.

One minor complaint is that I ordered this for a trip & selected overnight delivery. It arrived @ 18:00; after I already left for my trip earlier that afternoon. So my gripe isn't w/the product, but w/the shipping. If you need it overnight, understand that you might get it from DHL after 17:00.

No problems with this card. Delighted to be able to take more than 18 pictures!

I checked out several stores locally before purchase at AMAZON - even with shipping I couldn't find a better price for 1GB memory card...

This SD card works exactly as it is supposed to, stores all my files without a problem, and has even survived three accidental washings while it was still in my pocket, meaning it still works and does everything it did when it was brand new! I don't think you can ask for a better SD card.

Memory cards can be faked. Scammers will take a 256 mb card and diguise it to look like a 1 gig card--in your computer it will even say 1 gig, it just will not hold 1 GB, Apparently this is very easy to do so I would not recommend buying media card at ebay.

Sandisk has a great reputation for quality, and here at amazon the 1 GB card was only $14.24 plus shipping.

The manufacture states "The SD Card can be used in a variety of digital products" ... not so. I had to return mine because i have a Fuji, this card is twice the size,
