What else can I say, great products are always from Microsoft and this controller is an awesome color. Since this color is no longer available in stores, you must buy the battery pack to match. You will be fully satisfied, especially if you like customizing your XBox 360~*~.

It works!! Price was competitive and it came in a choice of colors so I could match it to the base unit. I bought this as an addition to the Xbox 360 Elite system I purchased from Amazon as a gift. Nice how they only package them with one controller!

This Xbox 360 Wireless Controller (blue) is an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, much like the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller that came packaged with my Xbox 360, only it is blue instead of matching the color of my Xbox. I like blue. If I had any controller-inconsiderate guests, this would make it simple to tell 'my' controller from the 'guest' controller. I also picked up a matching color rechargeable battery pack, which happened to be cheaper than the normal colors at best buy.

when it was sent to me i was a little bit surprised that it didn't come with a chargeable battery pack, or cord for charging it. It did though come with a pack to put batteries in, but didn't come with any batteries. I think that it would have been nice if the person would have told me that there was no chargable battery pack as i had to spend 10 dollars extra to get one which is 1/3 the price of the product. Otherwise good sale.

Great controller for almost all game types, especially shooters. I knock one star off because the d-pad is not very accurate, thus this controller is not good for fighting and classic arcade games. Other than that, it's very comfortable and has a nice feel to it even after extended gaming sessions.

Just a heads up for those of you who are buying the blue control (or any colored controller). The other rechargeable white batteries that came in your original control won't work. It doesn't recognize it. Now I have to buy a blue rechargeable battery pack. It's a great control and would have been nice to know about the non compatibility issue. Thats why I knocked a star off.

Buy this controller now. Trust me. The blue color looks great. Forget the other colors they sell. Get blue. You'll be glad you did.

The most comfortable and ergonomic controller I have ever used. Looks cool, lightweight, but doesn't feel hollow. Battery lasts long. The best gaming controller out there.

Love the black controllers over the old white design. Batteries are the correct size and won't cause the controller to develop cracks where the battery is inserted. Smooth operation.
Overall, this controller is basically all the same as the white, but the batteries fitting correctly will make it last alot longer

The Xbox 360 controller is the most comfortable game controller I've ever used. But, when using it with a PC, the analog sticks never stay in the exact center when left alone. For example, when playing a racing game, the car may veer to either side when the stick is not being touched. Microsoft should include software to create a larger deadzone, because some games do not have this adjustment.

What can I say about this controller? It's sturdy and fits my hands well. Battery life on the controller is pretty good...it'll last me about 20-24 hrs. of playing time; howeve, people who game more often may want a rechargeable kit. It's funny how prices of the xbox360 goes down, but the controller stays the same. The controller is pricey but what are the other alternatives?

Pros: Bought for use in Windows and works well with wireless receiver.

Cons: It should have come with a charging unit. No manual way to turn controller off in Windows; requires pulling out battery pack or let idle and go to sleep. D-pad not the best.

It works like the other wireless Xbox 360 controllers, but this one is pink. The fiance loves it.

This is the best controller that I have ever bought. I have owned all current as well as past game consoles, and must say that this is the most comfortable, functional, lightweight, and best designed controller that I have ever fit into my hands. I highly recommend this product to anyone and everyone that plays the Xbox 360.

Original xbox controller that works like it should. No problems with this controller. it automatically turns off when you don't use it for awhile to save batteries. Reconnect is quick and hassle free. Good controller.

I'd love to give this five stars, but i can't. As much as it costs, the play and charge kit, in my opinion should be included. The battery life though is great with batteries lasting as long as 20 to 30 hours sometimes. The controller is comfortable to use and feels nice in your hands, not slippery, and not gritty either, it will stay in your hands no matter what game you're playing, even if you're sweating like crazy. On an even better note, it's quite a durable piece of equipment, i've dropped mine countless times, but here's the downfall. the battery case is weak. if it splits, the controller will stop functioning well, a shake or jerk will turn it off and you'll have to turn it back on. You can glue it back, but will take the chance of ruining it if you're not careful. One more problem is that the controller has a very weak d-pad, it's not sensitive to be of any use in a game, it seems to lag and will often seem to ignore quick subsequent commands. Seeing as though you tend to use the joystick now more than the d-pad its not a problem so much. But menu navigating can be irritating if you use the d-pad. It also makes fighters sluggish and problematic. But the layout makes for great shooters,and great racing titles. Unfortunately there is one more issue with this controller. You can't leave it sit. What i mean is the controller needs to recieve a command within 10-15 minutes or it will shut off, that can be problematic while waiting for an event to pop up in some games or viewing replays and the like. The console will freeze up and exclaim the controller is missing and must be restarted before continuing. its a great controller, but i'd recommend the wired one, if you need more space than the cord can give then this is a good option. just jiggle the stick every once and a while to keep it from turning off when you need it on and are watching something.

there just isn't anything that is better than a bunch of people playing with each other in the same room nothing beats that energy. The controller is the best out for any system at the moment.

Bought in the US to use on a machine bought in Sweden. It didn't 'find' the Xbox360 when I first put the batteries in, but after I plugged in the play and charge cabel it was OK, and now it finds it when I turn it on without plugging it in. Arrived in the time specified in good condition.

Parents, if you are ordering XBox 360 for your kids, don't be cheap and try to avoid this purchase. You'll end up having to get them anyway. Get an extra one for yourself and join in the fun!

I was surprised to see that the only technological addition made to the 360 controller was the addition of wireless. The virbrating controller is just as bland as ever. They have yet to add neccessary features like hand coolers and they should also consider adding another set of trigers to be used by your middle finger.

If you've got an Xbox 360, you need controllers. Here's the original, in all it's glory! The white is a match of the white console.

The layout of the buttons on the Xbox 360 is amazing. It's perfect for many of the games that are on the 360. The rumble is effective, and the wireless capacity is wonderful.

The only beef I have, is that I've had two controllers that become loose on the left analog stick, and they began to drag the cursor when not touched. The Xbox Warranty I had from the console replaced them free of charge.

When matched with the rechargable battery pack, they give you lots of gaming time between charges.

I like the feel of this controller very much, the only thing that could be improved is the battery life and it wouldve been nice if my 360 came with a recharger.

I got one wireless controller with my Xbox 360 Arcade bundle and bought two more at the store and have been amazed. When I got a wireless controller for my Gamecube a while back it was very sluggish when you tried to move a character or to do any action it would send the information so slowly that by the time you hit the punch or kick button and the data was sent to the console 3 or 4 seconds had already passed. So when I saw the xbox 360 wireless controller I was very skeptical on how it would play but after a few games I was quickly pleased by the speed that the controller sent the data info to the console there was no lag time with the movement or actions you would do with the controller. I was shocked to see when I would hit the punch button or action button it was instantaneous there was no 3 or 4 second pause time for the response during the game playing.I have now bought another one as well for a second player this to has connected excellently with the Xbox 360 and of course plays just as well as the first one. As you see on Amazon you can get different color controllers and it's up to you which one to get for myself I just got the black and blue one and am going to buy my sister the pink one for her to play with but again whichever one you get you will not be disappointed...Oh yes I would also say if you get this you should also buy the play&charge kit as well it will save you a great
deal of money on the batteries...

Remember those days with wires in your controller. Yeah, i remember playing my xbox 360 and someone tripped from the hanging wire. I got yelled at and i have to be alert everytime so if someone walks by i just lower the controller down so they can walk by safely. You cant move around much in the wired controller and that limits your comfort. Then i saw the LIGHT that will change the way i play games forever. I was walking to my room and this light was coming from my computer i went closer to it until i saw a picture of a wireless controller in amazon's website. And i made my decision to upgrade my wired controller to a wire-less controller. I was enjoying the product i had, the freedom to play from anywhere in my living room. No more getting yelled at and the cool part is that your controller tells you when youre battery is low( green blinking lights,something like that). The controller is made to feel comfortable in your hands and is truly amazing. I would recommend this controller to anyone who has a xbox 360 its a must if you are living in a next generation of gaming.

the wireless controller is a must have since the console only comes with 1 controller out of the box. i am a casual gamer and the batteries last a long time for me up to about 2 weeks. pick up an set of rechargable batteries for it though it will save you lots of money versus regualar AA's.

I was a little leary of the controller being used, but it works fine. No problems and nothing to complain about.

Ok so lets see, other vendors not naming names would ask you to pay $40 for a used controller, or $50 for a new one. Amazon has this controller for $42 plus free shipping. For me this is a no brainer and this controller is great! So just buy one cause you know you want to!

Works great, the only complaint is the lead time it took to get it. But I did order a few games with it at the same time just after Christmas. All in all, just as easy to buy at the local retailer.

I ordered this controller for a Christmas present. When my son unwrapped it, he tried it out. It did not work. The one that came with the X-box 360 worked fine but the 2nd controller did not. I contacted amazon and they said they would send a replacement at no cost if I returned the controller. I returned the controller via their printed label. Then I am notified that I was charged for the replacement. I complained and received no response. So this rating is my response. Long time customers do not appear to mean much to Amazon any more.

Controller works great however the head set plug is flimsy & breaks off if yur not careful,been there done that.

The wireless controllers for the 360 are of course amazingly comfortable. There is one small problem, unlike the PS3 controllers, they do not have a built in Lithium ion rechargeable battery which is a serious problem. I wish Microsoft had been less cheap and made that an included feature on their controllers rather than a separate thing you must buy.

The only problem i have with this control is the d-pad, besides that the control is good.

I'll keep this simple and brief. This is a great controller. It is light within your hands and fits them great. The one problem with it is maybe that the D-pad is designed in such a way that you can push in one direction but accidently push it a different direction when doing so. But that is a very minor problem for a game controller that overall is probably the best out there.

Just the same wireless controller that comes with ur xbox360. Range is pretty good, I never thought having a wired controller was annoying until i got the xbox360 with wireless controllers. If you have this definitely pick up the rechargeable battery packs along with it as well as the quick-charge kit.

The Xbox 360 is probably my favorite console of all time. The graphics it's capable of are top notch, the games released are fantastic and colorful, and the wireless controllers are some of the most innovative I've ever had the pleasure of using. Powered by two AA batteries alone, these babies will last you anywhere from twenty to forty hours without any trouble, and then simply insert two more batteries. The great thing about wireless is the ability it gives the player to sit wherever he/she thinks is comfortable, and not have to worry about dragging the system off of the shelf every time he/she makes a sudden move.
For this price you might as well pick one up... you'll never want to go "plug in" again!

This is one of the best controller i ever used. I would say it's as good or close to my all time favorite, dreamCast controller.

Amazon shipped me this controller perfectly. It was a perfectly brand new controller, and it works perfectly. I got no complaints about the transaction.

The designers of this controller need to figure out how to do better, with the next generation. It is too smoothe and not the right shape for my hands to get a good grip anywhere on it. My hands slide all around the edges. I play Mass Effect which requires you to hold down the R1 bumper for extended periods of time, while also pushing other buttons. I find this a very difficult move to do, because this controller offers no leverage when pushing the R1 bumper. There is just this slippery, too-wide, cone shaped thing that slides right through the palm of your hand, unless you do like a claw-grip, which becomes very tiresome after awhile.

Booo to Microsoft for not doing some QA on this controller, but rushing it out the door in a simplified and "sleek", aerodynamic look to sell product. I don't care what it looks like, make it serve the needs of the people who are going to be spending hours per day with the product.

The controller worked well with no flaws. It works the way we expected it to. As usual Amazon customer service was the best there is. Great product, great service.

I've had 4 of these since the system launched in 2005. They are all working flawlessly to this day. I would recommend the rechargeable battery packs for the wireless controller though since it does tend to go through batteries fairly fast. In addition, if you play a lot and have friends over as much as I do, you may want to consider the black wireless controller since the white model can end up getting dirty or leave spots. They are easy to clean nonetheless, I just tend to be too lazy in doing it often.

If you've got an XBox 360, you really need to get your hand on one or two wireless controllers. These controllers are GREAT for keeping your gaming area free of clutter.
